Bio and Links
Bio Photo My husband and I remodel the world one building at a time but Genealogy is my passion. I first became interested in family history after my mom died at the age of 51 and I realized I knew little about either side of my family. I found a single piece of paper which was all that had been documented about my heritage. It did however claim I was related to General Sherman and Alexander Graham Bell, the latter I have yet to prove. It also said I had a relative that owned a circus, with help from so many this has proven to be true, many of my Sherman family worked for the Sherman Circus and my gg uncle owned it. All Sherman's are of interest to me. Each piece of the puzzle peaked my interest more. I research every day sometimes my family more often others, all fascinating.

Research Books I own and will do look-ups:
Sherman Directories, A 4 Volume set of Sherman Ancestry in America.
El Dorado County, CA Cemetery Book
Solano County, CA Cemetery Book

Thank you Eileen, I try to be certain of my facts before making any changes on Find-a-grave.

I double checked her date of birth on the old PAF program, it showed she would have been born 8 Feb 1841, so changed it from the 20th as you requested. Hope this helps.

Thanks, Eileen, for the information. I've filed a Merge Request, but don't know how that will work since the other person's site indicates "burial unknown". Hugs - Kathy Hill

I really appreciate the bit of data you sent me concerning the first burial of my great-great grandmother. Are you by any chance related?

Bullard Family memorials
Hello Eileen,
Thanks for providing information for these Bullard memorials. John and Elizabeth are my ggg grandparents.
I will review and make sure my basic information is correct and agreement with yours and correct accordingly. If you can provide source information that is helpful also. I don't usually provide census info on memorials as that is available elsewhere and not usually placed in the bio, per se.
But perhaps I can summarize that information. Are you related to this family? If so, please contact me at docgen@comcast.net. Perhaps we can communicate directly.
Regards,
Nancy G. (genealogy gal)

Sperandio and Santina Guidici
Eileen,

You have mistakenly reversed the sexes of a couple.

Here; http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=15659766 you have the person named as Sperandio Gonnella Guidici. But that is the husband. You need to delete the maiden name.

Likewise for the wife, Santina Guidici, here; http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=15659761 you can add the maiden name of Gonnella.

The sexes of the couple have been confirmed by a funeral record of a daughter that I saw, and by the California Death Index, which indicates the sex of each person.

RE: TYREE & NICKELS IN NEVADA
Once again. You are so kind. I will take a look to see if other liked Nevada better than Idaho. I do have an uncle or two that preferred Colorado for a while than moved onto Idaho.

I thought ALL my kin from Virginia/Eastern Tennessee settled in the Weiser, Idaho area where my parents were living when I was born. This project of mine may never end but you sure helped.

TYREE & NICKELS IN NEVADA
How VERY kind of you to send my TYREE kin to my management. I am very happy. Who knew some stopped off in Nevada. Thank you so much, EILEEN, and Merry Christmas.

Sincerely,
Joe
