The fourth daughter of Laurie "Cotton" Thackston & Betty Miranda [Robinson] Davis. I was born and raised in Orangeburg, Orangeburg County, SC along with my three sisters. Maternal Grandparents were Shellie "Sheck" Johnson & Grace Edith [Golson] Robinson, Sr. of Murph Mill Road, St. Matthews, Calhoun County, SC. Paternal Grandparents were Luther Edgar & Margaret "Maggie" Elnora [Rowell] Davis of Norway, Orangeburg County, SC.|
Married to Craig Hannah, mother of Miranda Hannah, stepmother of Alisha, Daniel (Bubba), Mark and David Hannah. Bubba, Mark and David were U. S. Marines and all proudly served this great nation of ours. On January 24th Alisha made me a grandmother with the arrival of Gabriel (G. J.) Perez, Jr.
Praise the Lord for all his many blessings and may you and your family have a banner 2014!
NOTE: Prayers worked and the Lord is wonderful. Just had another CT scan and the old spots are gone with new ones in their place. This transition means its NOT cancer.
Now another colonoscopy next month just to make sure. Last one was last September. Hopefully they will approve an IV Drip of Iron soon bc I'm currently on 3 iron pills a day and my hemoglobin is still dropping, not rising. My poor body is just about shot I guess. I can't imagine what an older person goes through with rectal cancer. God bless them.

|Arabelle||RE: Tombstones for the 8 Graniteville Cemetery|
You're very welcome. I had recently updated the cemetery survey for Graniteville, and I was about to send it in when I happened to turn on the local news that Friday (the only time I have watched the local news in the past 3-4 years), and I saw the report on the "Pauper's Funeral." What a coincidence, as I had been going out there every week, walking the cemetery and taking photos to add to f.a.g. I had a pretty good feeling I knew where they were buried, and it only took a couple of minutes for me to find them. I will keep a watch out next year in case there is another funeral such as this one, and I will gladly add photos as needed. Thank you for posting the memorials. It is much easier and huge help to have the memorials to which I can simply add photos. Best wishes to you, as well! :)
