Bio Photo HI, I have been researching my Genealogy since July of 2000. I really enjoy visting Cemeteries and takeing pictures. Headstones are so awesome, they come in all different shape, sizes, Colors, and the engravings express how someone was feeling at the time this person died. I believe you can some what see what kind of a person was by their headstone. And sometime a headstone is all that is left on this earth. I lived in Wyoming, Michigan

RE: Roger Root
Roger is in the Victory Garden 29D space 3. If other Root's are around him feel free to add them. According to his military records his Father is Alfred, and wife is Susan.

Thank you so much for your help and all your fine findagrave contributions.

Hi Ken, I came across your name and realized that you have taken photos at the cemetery Roger is buried at. Could he be related to you??. I am looking for someone to take a photo of this young man who died while serving in Vietnam. His # 134803610. I am trying to get photos of men who served in the 1st Cav 8thDiv. Any help you could offer would be appreciated.

The information I have on the Kelner's is that they died and were buried in Los Angeles CA in the 1940's.

Hi Ken, Thanks for info. From what I have seen he was married a very short time to her as don't appear to have had any children with her. My sister in law line is with the 2nd wife. Helpful to know to continue our research. Thanks again.

Hi Ken,

I got the info you sent, thank you.
Helpful on daughter of Henry Pratt as he had a unique accident. He got married 1/14/1863, shortly after enlisted for Civil War June 1863 ended up in Alexandria VA had a freak accident 1864(described in his father's book " Bill Pratt Saw buck philosopher" page 19) "Henry was killed in the Civil War, for he met his death on the way to the front. The train was rushing through a narrow bridge, when Bill's son, at jut the inopportune moment, thrust his head out of the car window. Dulce et decorum est pro patria mori."
so now I will search for his daughter Susan.
My sister-in-law who is a decedent of Bill Pratt other Son Charles Hubble Pratt was curious as to why you had this information if you were somehow connected to the family? Can you tell me where you researched to obtain the obituary from the Hoosic Valley News, Williamstown library or North Adams Library? just curious as I wish to obtain Bill Pratt's father Ebenezer and maybe something on Henry as to where he may be buried.
