Bio Photo Feel free to use any photos that I have taken. If you want to note my name and give me credit, it is very much appreciated.

My current project is Woodland Cemetery in Las Vegas. Big thanks to Miracle Mile Tim for recommending this project. With in excess of 24,000 burial plots, Woodlawn may take 2-3 years to complete all memorials with obituaries and genealogical data. It appears that approximately 1,000 gravesites may be unidentified (have no markers). Further investigation has shown that numerous listed Woodland burials are at either Bunker Eden Vale or Palm Desert nearby.

Also photographed all markers in Bunker Eden Vale to determine proper burial location. Have entered approx. 97% of those burials.

Continuing to research the 1,000+ older memorials entered that have no gravestones. Once Eden Vale and Palm Desert are done then will focus back on remaining Woodlawn.

Thanks for all the assistance and additional information folks have been providing.

Alma Turpin
Thanks Jeff. You wouldn't know this from her grave marker but she was born Albina Novotny in a little village in the Bohemian countryside and came to Cleveland as a young girl.

Alma is my great aunt through my father. I would to be the administrator of her memorial on Findagrave as I have more that I can add to her memorial. Thanks!

Ephriam Rubrecht
Hello--
I recently saw that you did substantial posting of memorials for the Rubrecht family at Friedens Cemetery this past Sept. Ephriam Rubrecht (Find A Grave Memorial# 136019076) was my 3x great grandfather through a son, James Rubright, buried in Schuylkill Haven, Please allow me to express my appreciation for a job well done. It was very helpful.

Did you take photos of any of their headstones? Where did you find the Friedens Cemetery records?

Sandy Williams Peckham
And David Peckham -- her husband. These individuals are my Aunt and Uncle (by marriage). My Aunt Sandy Williams Peckham is buried at the Boulder City Cemetery in mausoleum right next to my Grandparents: Ada Belle and Harry L. Williams. My other two Aunts (still living) informed that David Peckham is buried at the Southern Nevada Vets Cemetery in Boulder City, NV both were cremated. Since my father lives in Boulder City, I'm having him take new photos of both of their markers and will post those pictures on each of their findagrave posting I entered. I received a message from you stating they were NOT buried in the places I listed and I just wanted to let you know they are buried there, so I will not be changing their burial information to "Unknown". I definitely appreciate the help a lot of folks do by walking the cemeteries and entering the information on findagrave as I know how time consuming that is but for me as it must be for you it is rewarding. As far as Alice Williams Cowan - she is my 2nd Great Uncle's daughter; I will ask the current owner to give it to me to maintain and combine the entries. Unfortunately I do run into folks on findagrave that will not do so but I'll try to ask--hopefully she will. Again, thanks for your emails. Jeri Ann Williams

Thank you so much for taking the photo of her grave marker and putting it with her memorial on findagrave.com. It had her husband's marker on there previously so it is good to get it corrected.
