Same as a couple of other VOLUNTEERS here, I have grown quite weary of the rude requests/edits/transfer demands, etc. This is a hobby for me. I do not request nor would I ever accept any form of monetary reimbursement for the time I spend on this hobby. I was raised with southern manners, be polite and courteous to everyone. However, if you come at me from out of nowhere with a nasty attitude, do not expect me to be courteous. I don't respond well at all to people with rude comments or nasty attitudes. Curb your attitude before contacting me.|
Please do not post death certificates on my memorials. If you have a better quality photo of any grave marker than the ones I have posted on my memorials, please post it. If not, please don't post it. Thank you. I put a lot of effort into taking good quality photos. These last couple of years have been a learning experience, but I think I have got the hang of it, finally. I hope you don't mind my posting a photo to your memorial, even though you may already have one or more up. ***If you do not want my photo on your memorial, please let me know and I will remove it***. It is so very important to me to take a good quality photo as I want to make sure the info I put on a memorial is correct on the chance that a family member will find the information and be able to use it. I always spend a little extra time wiping off grass clippings or bird poop, but that is all. Sunny days are best for a good photo, morning shadows really make a stone pop. Photoshop is your friend as well :)

Darrell, thank you so much for adding the picture!
I was glad to hear that Lynchburg has started to dry up some.
Do have a wonderful Day!

I wasn't expecting such a quick response!
Please don't rush about the picture. Do wait for better weather. She has waited this long.
I was cleaning out a box of old papers, pictures, etc. and found Gail's obit. I just guessed at the interment date. I remember at 13 years of age, her funeral was very scarey to me and some other classmates.
But I remember her smile. I know I have an old school yearbook from the Ruffner Elementary School in one of these boxes. Once I find that, I will place a picture of her on the record.
Take care and be safe!

Thank-you for the transfers-and thank-you for all you do for Find A Grave!
You've done it again, Darrell. Thanks so much for your fabulous photo of Maria Poindexter's headstone. :)

|Alison Fuchs||Husband of Jane Jennings|
I am researching the Jennings family of Campbell County for a friend. In Jane Amanda (Poindexter) Jennings' Memorial, Find A Grave 94121932, you have a comment about her husband William's death.
Could you point me towards the source for that information? I would like to find more information on Dr. Jennings and possibly learn more about his service as a surgeon in the Confederate States Medical Staff.
Thank You so much for the photos of Allison and Martha..

Thank you for your effort in trying to locate Moses. I appreciate it!
Thanks for the photo of Mary Poindexter's headstone and sending the dates. Much appreciated. :)
