I have been restoring gravestones and whole cemeteries for about 6 years. As a middle school teacher, I've led over a dozen field trips to clean, repair and reset gravestones in Hendricks County, Indiana cemeteries. I have also visited each cemetery in the county and taken GPS readings and photos of them. I now have a comprehensive list of cemeteries in the area. Please visit my website to see this information. (Note: Do not enter information from my website onto other websites, including this one, without my permission. I have worked very hard to restore and research these graves. I am more than happy to edit or transfer memorials--just ask!) I recently moved from Indiana to Carroll Country, New Hampshire and have quickly fallen into my old ways. Perhaps a new website is in order? ;)

 | Thank you Thank you for your prompt reply. You're doing a great job - helping to find family. I've succeeded in just finding him. Parents will come later. You are appreciated! | | | Shirley Gragg
 | Joel Thomas Wright Re: Joel Thomas Wright was born in 1790 in KY.
I am a Wright family researcher, having many ancestors in KY. Some stayed there; others, just passing through and stopped over for several years.
Do you happen to know who his parents were?
Always looking for Wright family. | | | Rosalie

 | Philbricks in Chickville Cemetery Thank you so much for finding these graves and for taking the photographs of the stones.
In years to come my granddaughter will be shown these Memorials. Perhaps she will be able to visit the gravesites in person.

 | Elizabeth Garrison Croxton Thank you so much for posting the picture of Elizabeth Garrison Croxton's tombstone. We were in Stilesville in August and her tombstone is broken and was nearly buried in dirt and grass. It was a miracle that we even found it.
Are we related? Elizabeth is my 2nd great grandmother. If we are not related would you mind letting me manage her site.
Thanks again,

 | RE: Nehemiah Sleeper Thank you for your work with cemeteries. Nehemiah Sleeper, buried in the Weeks Cemetery in Gilford, NH, is my husband's fourth (I think.....Harry A., Jonas, Nehemiah, Nehemiah, is the way it goes if memory is serving me.) I have had miss information over the years, and it is great to know where he is really buried. Best regards!Added by JAGS on Sep 09, 2012 11:56 AM | | | Pat and Billy
