I enjoy exploring old cemeteries. There is a lot of history in them to be shared. My Family research is in the Christie, Wheeler, Ogburn, Campbell, and Milburn lines. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and know the importance of geneaology work and temple work for our kindred dead. I hope that some of the graves I transcribe will assist someone that is doing family history research.If I made errors, please let me know and I will correct them. Some of the older stones are deteriorated and hard to read.I am transcribing cemeteries in Columbia, Union, Bradford and Hamilton Counties , Florida. If you are looking for a grave and know where the interment occurred, let me know and I will try to locate it for you.|

|Mary Wilson Allison||Susan Inez Bailey Smith|
I noticed you had her listed as being buried in the Alton Cemetery in Jefferson County, AL. She was my grandmother's sister. She has a stone at Mount Hebron Cemetery in Jefferson Co., AL and so I believe she is buried there. My grandmother's family lived in Alton so that is Susan's connection to Alton but I don't think she is buried in Alton Cemetery. I just wanted to let people know.
|Sheila||Lyda Nettles Brooks|
Thank you for adding the information to Lyda's memorial, and also for your contact. I also see you linked her daughter to her
"Was her husband Willie Grice Brooks 1888-1961 Memorial# 33442166?"
I am suspecting he may have been Lyda's husband; the naming (to some degree), birth year, and town are right; but I cannot prove it.
I also see a signed draft record for a William George Brooks, who registered in Columbia County with DOB of April 14, 1888. He had a wife and child at the time, which appears to match the details for Lyda's William, and he also used the nic of Willie, which was also true of Lyda's William and is also the given naming used by the memorial you mentioned.
Plus, as I am sure you are aware, sometimes people used other names simply because they preferred the other name. So William may have been born as William Grice, but preferred William George and used that instead.
So ... this is all just a roundabout way of saying I feel the two William's / Willie's MAY be the same person, but this is all gut instinct.
Sorry I do not know more,

|GLENDA J. FOREHAND- SCOTT||Florrie Rivers Owens 1908-1972|
You have Florrie listed as Henry Clay Rivers 1917-1972, daughter, Florrie Rivers Owens 1908-1972 is Henry Clay Rivers, sister. Henry his wife Clossie and Henry's sister Florrie all died on Mar. 16.1972. Thank You, Glenda
|Audrey DeCamp Hoffman||Bessie I. Woods 1906-1988|
Sorry that I am so late at getting back to you. You ask me if I knew the relationship of Bessie L. Woods 75360394 to William Leslie Woods. I am not sure. I put her in my records as a spouse to him, but did not get any reaction. According to the Tombstones I believe she was a second wife, but that is only an assumption. I have looked for his death certificate, but have not found one. That would possibly give us the information.
This is really not a help.

I'll take care of it. Thanks.
|Rachel Gillooly||Michael Gilhooly|
My ggg grandfather Michael Gilhooley from leitrim and Roscommon Ireland when he emigrated into Scotland and raised his 1d5 children somehow there were changed to the spellings of their names.
Gillooly(hence how I got my name)
I am trying to reconnect as many of my dads fathers descendants. There should be well over 250 of us.
My gggg grandfather had 16 kids and my ggg grandfather had 14 or 15. His children all had 3 to 20 children.

You may wish to rotate the photos on Memorial# 108341854 as I have added headstone photos that pushed your photos to the back. More within this DYSON/JESTER Lot are being added (8 graves), but most seem to be unaffected or had no other entries. The above's spouse may/may not have been affected, also.
