I'm a South Georgia boy; born in Waycross shortly after the "Great Depression"; moved to Brunswick at age four and ended up in Dublin through high school; a graduate of North Georgia College and an Army veteran. I have lived in North Carolina for the past 37 years. Being the last living family member in my generation, I have become very interested in my family tree. Thanks to "Find a Grave", I have found great and great great grandparents. My daughter introduced me to to F.A.G. and I've been hooked every since. I throughly enjoy filling photo request; I know they mean a lot to the person and are very rewarding within themselves. I greatly appreciate my request being filled.|
Photography is one of my interest along with golf, fishing, writing, you name it and most of all my family. My genealogy family names are Bailey, McDaniel, Manning, Strickland,Sears, Summerlin, Ricketson, Vickers,Gaskin, Minix, Douglas, Raulerson, Pearson, Moody, Davis, Radford, Morgan, Lott, Causey; mostly in South Georgia counties Ware, Atkinson, Coffee, Brantley, Wayne, Pierce and Glynn.
I primarily cover request in N.C. for counties Northwest Moore, but also cover about a twenty mile radius reaching Northeast Montgomery, Southwest Chatham, and Southeast Randolph for request at least one month old.
Leaving flowers on veterans' memorials is a dedication for me; particulary those with whom I served.
Will be off-line from 6/3/14 to 7/12/14 due to surgery.

thank you for the look but if you happen to run across his headstone I'd appreciate a photo. Odd that it is listed -- I wonder since apparently the memorial states who his parents are per a death certificate maybe I can request the certificate. Thank you, Sue Knudsen

Hey Clarence it's Keith earls son how are you?
I hope this finds you well !
I agree that family members should be with other family members where possible but I have had numerous transfer requests declined because my request was not within the Find A Grave "guidelines". Even after forwarding additional information (after extensive research) to be included on the memorial sometimes the information is added and sometimes not. There are quite a few contributors who are not even maintaining their created memorials but if you request a transfer direct to Find A Grave they site their own "guidelines" again. Why not transfer the memorial to another contributor who would enhance the existing information and maintain the memorial?
I am not interested in becoming a "top contributor" but I do want the memorials I come in contact with to be as accurate and detailed as possible for future generations to be able to appreciate their ancestors.
If you have any memorials you would care to transfer please feel free to transfer to me and I would be honored to accept the responsibility.
Hope your shoulder replacement goes well and I will look over my ancestors to see if I can provide you with more photo requests to keep you busy.

If I could impose on you (again), I do have two photo requests at Pine Rest (one is for Ronald Lee Allred who was an infant at his death and may be difficult to locate).
Also, if you would like to transfer the Allred memorial you just created to me I am sure my husband is related somehow but, if not, that is okay also. I will have to look through my records to see what additional information I have on this gentleman and will forward to you (when I run across it).
Again, thanks for all your help.

I hope your health has improved and continues to do so.
Thank you so much for the photos of the two above memorials. I appreciate your taking the time and effort to obtain a close up of each.

Thank you for taking the time to take photos. I have begun really digging into my past and am unable to take photos of my relatives due to living out of state. You were able to submit a photo of my Second Great Grand Uncle Nimrod R Brady who served in the Army. I am planning on beginning to take photos myself to hopefully begin the payback for someone else.

Thanks for the images of the graves of Rowland Hill Johnson and Ruth Estella Johnson (nee Broadwell) at Rest Cemetery in Robbins, Moore County, North Carolina. I do appreciate what you do. May I have your permission to use your photographs on the FamilySearch Family Tree?

Clarence - thanks fo the note. Unfortunately, Grady Britt is buried at a different Flint Hill http://moorecountywallaces.com/placesearch.php?psearch=Moore+County%2C+NC+at+Flint+Hill+Congregational+Christian+Church&tree=Wallace
The person who added him to Flint Hill just placed him in the wrong cemetery. Hope you are doing well - thanks

Inquiring if you know the death date and burial location for Benjamin Franklin McDaniel brother to John Anthony? I find him through the April 1910 census but nothing after.
