Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hi, I have been working on our Alumbaugh family history since 1961 and doing all I can to preserve our family history. Some branches spell it Allumbaugh, Allenbaugh, Alembaugh, Alenbaugh, Allenbough,Elembaugh & Elumbaugh but we are all one family.

Some of the major names I work on are: Ager,
Ashcraft, Barbee, Barker, Bedwell, Bolin, Boatman, Burson, Carrico, Clarke, Cogdill, Dawson, Dibler, Duckett, Ellis, Froment, Gillham, Givens, Green, Hamilton, Holeman, Houck, Jones, Lee,Lister, Lyle, McElhaney, Moser, Mosier, Plouch, Rackleff, Rackley, Rackliff, Racklyeft, Radcliffe, Robinette, Shanks, Sims - Simms, Simmons, Stover, Symons, Thomason, Thompson, Tripp, VanSkike & Woody Families.

Find A Grave has helped me so much that I have tried to pay it back by adding several hundred non family. If you see any errors please do contact me. Let me know if you want family transferred. If I am not related I most generally transfer.

Per the Find a Grave guidelines, please do not leave biographical information on a virtual flower. It will be reported and removed. If you have a correction, send an edit.

If you ask me to add or change any information on someone, please make sure you have documentation and not just something you saw someone put on the internet. I see this happen all too often.

If you have any special questions about ancestors, please use my email address. Thank you.

I have Phipps as the maiden name for Julianna Alumbaugh although right now I can't tell you where I found her name. I am a direct descendant of Thomas Baker and Joanna Alford. Do you have parents for Julianna?

Re: Till Bedwell
According to WWI draft registration, the name is Tillman Theodore Bedwell. Death certificate lists him as Tillman Bedwell. I have done a lot of checking and all the documents I've found list him as Tillman. His and Elsie's deaths were so tragic.

I have found some Tilford Alumbaughs, however. My thanks to you for all your hard work.

Sorry about the shadow from the fence. I will try to get another photo without the shadow, on my next visit.

Regards,
B.J.

You are most welcome, glad to help. Are they ancestors? Would you like management of the memorials? Let me know if you do and I'll be happy to transfer to you. Thanks.

RE: Photo Request
Photos have been uploaded.

Hopefully you can get someone at Effingham to straighten the marker to stand upright without too much (or any) cost.

Thanks for asking me to update the memorials.
