I am a family historian and genealogist for the many families in my and my husband's ancestry. |
I research the following surnames: Hollingsworth, Mason, Gray, Willis, Robbins, Wheeler, Love, Littlejohn, Foster, Pledger, Munsey, Streetman, Tower, Dunn, Woods, Key, Ashbrook, Hefley, Vinson, Devoe, McNabb, and Sullivan. I enjoy using www.findagrave.com and other websites for research.
Look for me with Robbins and others at Babylon Rural Cemetery, Babylon, NY; Oak Hill Cemetery, Whitewright, Texas for Hollingsworth; Gray and others at the inaccessible and overgrown Kyle Cemetery, Anderson County, Texas, Antrim Cemetery in Houston County, Texas, and Ellisors at Evergreen Cemetery near Cold Springs, San Jacinto County, Texas for my major www.findagrave.com contributions.

You are welcome! I am intrigued by the cemetery and all of the history contained within that family. The headstone probably laid face down for decades, as it looks very well. We held our breathe as we brought it up, lol. The biggest kudos must go to Greg Beard for fencing it in and keeping it well maintained when he doesn't have to because those aren't his ancestors. I hope you get to see him when you come in. There are dogs, but they are very friendly. As we dug into the ground to reset Lafayette's marker, we looked around and two of the dogs, whom we had let come into the cemetery with us, were up toward the front of the cemetery digging as we did, hahaha.

Ms. Robbins: I should clarify my first message to you - Mr. Hale contacted me today because my name is listed in the Tulsa directory. I did a Google search and discovered your info on this forum so volunteered to leave a message that includes his email address to enable you to respond (in case my message was unclear lol).
Thanks and have a great day!
