I must confess that I am a Genealogy addict for which there is no cure. Much to husband's dismay!|
Recently my family and I purchased a home in Quarryville, which is in southern Lancaster County. In past months I have not had the time for Find A Grave but I hope to get back in to it on a regular basis. With our new home and my crazy work schedule there never seems to be enough hours in my day, but I will try to respond to emails and edits as quickly as I can.
Although I have lived in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania for almost 40 years my family history runs through many states. Primarily PA, MT, WA, KY, MI, MO, ID, TN, OH, NC, CT AND NY..I seem to be finding "lost" relatives in new states all of the time.
It is not my intention to amass large numbers of memorials. My desire is to create accurate, lasting tributes and to be able to aid family members and loved ones now and in years to come who may be doing genealogical research.
I am not a 'stickler' for the guidelines as they are only guidelines. I do not "own" the memorials that I create, unless I am directly related to them. If someone was near and dear to you and you would like the memorial, please ask.
If you see any mistakes in my postings, please let me know and I'll be sure to make the appropriate corrections.

Welcome back, it was getting lonely here in the southern end. Just got finished with Penn Hill, took a picture of every stone but there were at least 100 stones that are unreadable. I am now doing Mount Pleasant in Peach Bottom. Thanks for the edits. Good luck in your new home.

You're very welcome for the Hensels photos.
Glad I could help.

I'm researching my mother's grandmother's family from Lancaster, PA.
Are you doing the same for your Stamm relatives?
|Corey & Douglas Marshall-Steele||Emory Boose|
Hey there Carolyn - Emory is in the wrong cemetery (and that's why no one has been able to find his gravesite). He is actually buried in the Milford Community Cemetery. I've posted a picture (and left his memorial that I created back in 2001) in that cemetery, and sent a note to the creator of this one to move this memorial. After he does that, I'll remove the mine in the proper cemetery.

You're welcome, and thanks for your note.

Do you have a source for his middle name being 'Becker'? In filling out his WWII draft Registration, he gave he middle name as BAKER.
