If your heart feels heavy,
It may be weighted down,
With the many precious gems
You fail to pass around.
Diamonds are the loving words
You always leave unsaid.
Rubies are the seeds of joy
That you refuse to spread.
Emerald are the helping hands
Only offered grudgingly.
Sapphires are alms not given
To ease a fellowman's need.
Changing won't be easy
And it may even smart.
When you begin to mine those gems
Embedded in your heart.
It will take a lot of practice
Each and every day,
Learning that neglected art
Of giving yourself away.
First there'll be a secret fear
You may be refused,
Or sometimes deep resentments
That you are being used.
But as you sow your precious gems
Along life's many miles,
You'll notice how they sparkle
In people's happy smiles.
And your heart that was so heavy
Will grow to twice its size,
But be as light as a bird in flight
As it soars up to the skies.

27791851 John Knolinski, Thank you for asking. I would love to have a picture of him head stone on here. I have written to one of my cousins to see if he has a picture in his folder. John is my and my cousins great uncle. I so not know what Iron Cross means, but am now on the search.
Sure hope some one volinteers to take the picture before long. :)

I cannot delete a memorial that I did not create.
I sent it to you and you can make corrections on it and delete your duplicate. That is the proper way to do this anyway. Your duplicate should be deleted. | | | Susan Ing

I had help today walking the section. I photographed every Clark I found. There was about 6 I believe. Other than the age is 64, the website then gives the burial date and who else is in the lot. | | | Janine Pellman Seis

Hi...yes, it does seem strange that both wives are buried with him. I wonder how the first one would like that....maybe she keeps turning in her grave....and bumping the other one. ha ha. I don't know if we will be making a trip to Antigo. It just is so far away. We need to find someone closer, but if I go I will definitely let you know. Thanks so much for the obit for Debbe. She was my best friend and her passing was a hard thing for me. I will add her obit very soon. Where did the poem come from? Thanks again.
