Bio and Links
Bio Photo Families are like flowers they just keep on growing. By CTS.

"Like branches on a tree, we all grow in different directions, but our roots keep us all
together." (Unknown)

I have been working on my families trees for a number of years. Then I joined ancestry and found a great wealth of information. I also found findagrave and found more. I have found doing all
my family trees is a unending job. I add pictures of towns where they live, maps and anything else to make it my own creation.
All Pictures On my memorials I hold the original copies. Feel free to copy my pictures, but give
me credit for them. Thank You.

RE: Rowland Family
Carolyn, You can use anything I have added. We should get together and compare notes. We are in Arizona for the winter, will be returning to Michigan by May 1. I would be happy to share anything I have ... we are all family. I don't have my genealogy stuff with me, so I cannot answer you question about who is with Pearl. I will look it up when I get home. Hope we can meet. Thanks Carolyn/

RE: Frederick Troup
Hi Carolyn - I think you posted this to my file in error - meant for my buddy Tiffany...

Do you know how many children Fred. 1826-1884
# 93125129 and his wife had? Besides the two you
have listed. In Ancestry different people listed
a number of children There was a Johanthan but no
Charles. I know you are correct on what you list
as you do lots of resurrect.
Cuz, Carolyn

RE: Catherine Getz Troupe

I'm sorry, but I only found out about her married name and husband from the death certificate (found by searching the death certificates by her parents names). This is a collateral branch of my family and I haven't explored it very far.

Her father, a Civil War casualty mortally wounded at the Battle of Fredericksburg, was a brother to my 2x great grandmother.

Thank you for your response and god luck with your research.

David Troup - Hanock Co., WV
Hi, I was wondering where you got your information about the death of David Troup Sr. The information I have was that he died in Hancock Co., WV March 8, 1871 at the age of 84. I believe the dates on the tombstone are incorrect. I have a copy of his death certificate if you are interested. Thanks - Bridget Ordich
