I have enjoyed researching all my family trees. Who knew there would be so many branches?! I enjoy the photos and the stories most of all and I hope others will share as well.|
Feel free to use any photos or info I post with my blessing.
NOTE: From FAG: Death certificates may be added via the "Add a photo" button on the memorial page. Please select the option for "Other" in the "Type of photo:" to be added, as it is not a Grave, Person or Family photograph. NOTE: Death certificates do not necessarily contain completely accurate information about the deceased. There are often errors regarding the final burial location (as well as other data).
ANOTHER NOTE: This is from FAG questions segment== "I feel I can enhance other people's photos through photoshopping techniques. Should I do so?
With the technology available today one certainly has the ability to alter and change any picture they come across on Findagrave. However, even though you might think the altered finished product is better than what was originally submitted, one has to assume that what has been contributed to Findagrave is satisfactory to the original submitter. Unless you have express permission to do so, do not in any way alter existing photos of any kind and resubmit them onto the website. Doing so is expressly prohibited."

Oh, if you meant the missing T, then, yes, it should be there. Was James listed as James Grady? There was also a daughter Emma, I believe.

No, you're right! D. Cooksey was his second wife and they had several children. He only had one with Nannie - my grandfather, Green. Thanks!

You added a picture of Nannie C. wife of R. W. Harris tomb in Turnersville, TX. Could that actually be/say HARRIST? If so, that would make her my great grandmother.

Asking you to resubmit a photo from memorial #88292768 (which is a duplicate) to memorial #47702067. If you prefer, I would be happy to copy the photo and resubmit giving you credit for the photo. Thank you.
I seem to have 20 Slaughter memorials. I will transfer all of the Goliad ones to you. I have one with no burial location and four; Thomas H. Slaughter, 1848-1917, Melvina C. Slaughter, 1929- 1918, and Phillip Lightfoot Slaughter, 1822-1900, and George Slaughter, 1869-1885, buried in Slaughter Cemetery in Lampasas, Lampasas County, Texas. The unknown burial location is Helene Bynum Slaughter, 1919-2011.
