'morning Cuz Mike. Trying to tidy up my files and I see that you list P.O.D for John as Foxville. Our cousin Brenda Leavy lists his death as at Lantz.

|Rebecca Herman||RE: edit for Hiram Williar|
Sure, I will send it in email - not sure if there is a way to do attachments here. Thanks!
Let me know if there is any particular research I can help with. I'm working on the Willards in my tree - I think you can view it without being a paid member. I'll send a link to that too, in case you would like to see it.
You'll find more old photos of Grandma's that I scanned and uploaded last spring.
|Rebecca Herman||edit for Hiram Williar|
Hope all is well with you. I submitted an edit for Hiram Williar Find A Grave Memorial# 151217337 -
The 1850 census shows him with his parents & siblings...
Thanks as always for your amazing work here.
Mike, you created this memorial for Martha J Koontz and you have listed her as a daughter of Evans Koontz. According to the dates Evans would have been 11 years old when she was born. I can't find her on any census living with Evans. Where did you get the info and could she possibly be his sister? Any help appreciated. I trying to fit her into this puzzle. Evans was my husbands gg grandfather.
|wjw||RE: Mary Smith|
Thanks for that explanation. Are you sure though that the note in the Bio is accurate? See
Find A Grave Memorial# 9912413
Are there two different John H. Werkings? Or was the same man married to two different Marys who both died in 1932? That doesn't seem very likely.

|Eric von Dorster||Yost Harbaugh|
I believe that the first wife of Yost Harbaugh, born in 1699, was Maria Margaretha Klein, daughter of Jacob Klein and Maria Magdalena. Yost and Maria were married in Otterberg on 3 May, 1725. Her brother Johann Georg was my 5G grandfather.
This memorial has been duplicated. The "captcha" function was not loading and my SAC would not load so I was unable to make the correction.
Thought you might like to know in case you wish
to send a SAC.
Your help and contributions are appreciated.

|Allison Sachs Smith ||Socks/Sachs family of PA and Baltimore|
Hello and thank you for all of your additions to Find A Grave! Do you happen to know anyone researching the Socks/Sachs families of Adams and Franklin County? I believe they came to the United States through Baltimore and some of them remained there while others went north.
|Valarie Vine||George Harbaugh (1747- ? )|
The eldest son of George Harbaugh, he was also known as John George Harbaugh (born 8/11/1747-date unknown of death). He married Elizabeth Binchele (or Binkele). her dates: 12/19/1749-1/23/1780.
Information from "Harbaugh History" (Page 148)as follows:
*All these data from the Graceham Church records in the York Hist. Society from which we quote the following verbatim -
John George, eldest son of George and Catherine (Williar) Harbaugh married first Nov. 27, 1770, Elizabeth Benkele. He body was brought through the deep snow on a sled to the church for burial.
There were 5 children listed born to this couple (George Jr. 1771- ); Jacob (1773-1850); Elizabeth 1775-1855; John (1778-1854); and Infant daughter (1/10/1780-1/10/1780). Elizabeth buried her infant daughter in the garden the same day herself. Elizabeth died 13 days after her infant daughter.
Additional note about George Harbaugh (1747- ) ----"He lived for some time on the old homestead. Afterwards he removed to Bedford Co., PA and on one occasion, coming to the Valley on a visit, he took sick and died on his way home."
He had a second wife Marie Barbara by whom he had five children. If you want these names, let me know.
