I live in Los Angeles, CA.|
I will transfer NON-family memorials according to Find-A-Grave rules.
I will be more than happy to update memorials. I am not always able to make updates daily but I do get to them, usually within a few days unless I am out of town.
You may copy my photos. All I ask is that you give me credit for them. EX: Photo courtesy of Jane Morrison
~A Poem for our Ancestors~
Your tombstone stands among the rest
Neglected and alone
The name and date are chiseled out
On polished marble stone
It reaches out to all who care
It is too late to mourn
You did not know that I exist
You died and I was born
Yet each of us are cells of you
In flesh, in blood and bone
Our blood contracts and beats a pulse
Entirely not our own
Dear Ancestor, the place you filled
One hundred years ago
Spreads out among the ones you left
Who would have loved you so
I wonder if you lived and loved
I wonder if you knew
That someday I would find this spot
And come to visit you

You have been very informative, both with your original information and your response to me (sorry it took me so long to respond).
Have you ever looked for, or do you know the cemetery of the burial site for the father of John Alfred Hedberg, John August Hedberg. I believe he died in 1924.

Hi Jane, I went to the cemetery office today, They were closed yesterday. There was a misspelling of the name. They found her and corrected it. She is buried in Section EE, Plot #32. I searched the area and there is not a stone there. It must be an unmarked grave. If you give me your e-mail, I will send you a copy of the section where she is buried and the number of the plot . David
Hi Jane, got your message and I copied the death certificate. I will bring it to the cemetery office Monday and see what they can do. I keep you informed. David

Hi Jane , I am David Budd a photo volunteer for Find A Grave. I went to Calvary Cemetery office to find this grave. They have no record of her. Must be another cemetery. Any questions, let me know.

Thank you for your recent correspondence. As William and Nina were my great grandparents I would indeed appreciate it if you would transfer the page you created. Thank you in advance and have a great day.

Fantastic! I will add these to my list for photos this week. Would you be so kind as to create a photo request for Leone Lee, too? It helps me keep track when uploading my photos. Thanks so much!
