I live in Los Angeles, CA.|
I will transfer NON-family memorials according to Find-A-Grave rules.
I will be more than happy to update memorials. I am not always able to make updates daily but I do get to them, usually within a few days unless I am out of town.
You may copy my photos.
~A Poem for our Ancestors~
Your tombstone stands among the rest
Neglected and alone
The name and date are chiseled out
On polished marble stone
It reaches out to all who care
It is too late to mourn
You did not know that I exist
You died and I was born
Yet each of us are cells of you
In flesh, in blood and bone
Our blood contracts and beats a pulse
Entirely not our own
Dear Ancestor, the place you filled
One hundred years ago
Spreads out among the ones you left
Who would have loved you so
I wonder if you lived and loved
I wonder if you knew
That someday I would find this spot
And come to visit you

I had already sent an edit to the owner of Emma's memorial to have her linked to Redmond & Jennie but am still waiting on that to be approved.
I'll put in a photo request for Emily & see if someone is able to find her. I am just working with Spring Hill so trying to tie up all the links to people there.

Joe Bange was my grandfather. He was baptized as Franz Joseph Bange in Medebach Germany. See Family Search online:
Born 3 April 1862 and baptized 5 April 1862. I have a photo-copy of the original entry in the church book in Germany. My mother visited the church and was given a copy of it by the pastor.
In Germany, a person's middle name is the name the person uses. It is the opposite of the way we do it in the USA.
Joe died 5 Aug 1934 and is buried in St Michaels Cemetery in Hartington.
|Barbara Richardson Smith||Information for memorials|
Just information in case you are not aware. All dates, family links etc information can be done through the edit tab on the memorial page. Then there is no need to send that information directly to me. I will get it as an edit, approve it and it will then be listed immediately. I do these edits daily.
I have deleted Bernard Pelzer. Please let me know if you would like any additional information on any of the other Pelzers.

Is there any information you would like off my site before I delete it?

I received both transfers. I will now go in and move any info from the ones I created to the ones you created. I'm kind of new to the transfer business, so I appreciate the directions for the next time a make a request to someone. Thanks again for your assistance. Please let me know if you are ever interested in transferring Bernard. I would like to have him with a family member or someone who is interested in his life as you are. I was in Guttenberg the past two years checking on the graves. Looks like I need to check at the library. I do have some information that you may want to post.

Thank you for you quick response. Would you still be willing to transfer Anna Floeder Harenbrock Pelzer (his first wife) and her daughter from her first marriage Amelia? Are you related to the Pelzers, just wondering since I'm always looking for relatives. The Bernard obit help with clearing up the first marriage. Anna is my 3rd great grandmother.
I'll give you additional info to add to Bernard.

Thank you for adding the obituary. Where did you locate it? Yesterday I contacted you to see if you would be willing to transfer Bernard, Anna Harenbroch and Amelia Floeder to me. Bernard and Anna Harenbroch Floeder are my third great grandparents.
