Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Princeton, IN. My paternal grandparents were John Lindsey & Emma Mae Slaughterbeck Elliott. My maternal grandparents were John & Sarah Elsfelder Hunt.

The majority of the info & photos that I post are/were taken by Daniel Elliott & posted with his permission.

PLEASE use the EDIT method to contact me regarding transferring or linking memorials. Some emails are going into the SPAM box.

Would like to transfer all the memorials I have created, except my own kin. I am getting too old too soon. However, if you have updates please let me know & I will continue to enter them.

Thank you.

Send any comments or corrections to me by way of EDITS, I am not getting a lot of direct emails.

Thank you

PS I can NOT understand why anyone would add a name of a LIVING person to FAG... Just because the GEN webmaster adds a name to his list because the person has a pre-need stone does not mean he/she should be added to FAG. I already have my stone set.

Ivan A. Hollen #58825946

Janet, You have been so helpful to me a couple of years ago, and I really appreciated it, and could use you help again. Ivan Hollen and his family lived in Daviess County, Indiana and Ivan was the basketball coach there for several years.... I looked at the Gibson County website, but couldn't find an obituary for Ivan. You were so great in finding obituaries for the Arthur family for me....I was wondering if you could find Ivan's obituary. The reason for me wanting his obituary is....our class is having a reunion and we are putting together a memorial book for deceased classmates, which we want to include Ivan's son, Larry. I Thought his obituary would give us some information. If you don't have the time, I totally understand. Thanks.

RE: Julia Kitchen
yes, her maiden name was duff, i sent a second edit in the suggested edits box to explain, julia ann hayhurst was married to meredith kitchen, seperate person, took me a while to sort them out too because of the census records and the fact matilda married a meredith kitchen, i dont know a whole lot about the kitchens unfortunately, most of the kitchens in that grave yard are decendents of meredith and julia ann, and am not sure but i think i found matilda buried with a lewis M. kitchen, in rush indiana, that may be her family, still trying to verify though. also the younger joshua in the same cemetery may be joshua or merediths son, i have him married to an ann m. winterheimer(sp?) which may be mary ann whom is on the memorial there. thank you so much for putting up these memorials, i live so far away i would never be able to visit myself. a transfer is not necessary though i will be happy to take care of her memorial if youd like to transfer, i saw on your profile you were looking for care takers for some of your memorials. if you dont mind a ton of edits for this graveyard, i will be happy to link all the kitchen children to the correct familes for you via edits, the lottie c. on julias memorial is the child of meredith and julia hayhurst not joshua and julia duff they are listed on her marriage record to mr. yeager, they lived in the same are but i dont know how joshua and this meredith were related at this point in time. i also found a julia ann duff married to monroe nash in 1865 in gibson, tn which cant be the same woman though i am sure they are related of different generations, i dont have another julia ann in my tree at this point. the mary a. on george b. (son of joshua and julia) is mary ann zimmerman child of jacob zimmerman and mary tout (again sp?) im not sure which julia in the cemetery is julia hayhurst so that may take me some time to send to you id like to verify it first so i dont send the wrong edit to you and then you have to correct it again later.
