Hi Michael
Could I ask you to delete the photo you posted of Nobel Flynn on the Epinal AC website?

Erwin de Mooij
Gorace J. Gillespie
Dear mister Beach,

my name is Erwin de Mooij and I am the content webmaster for the 457th Bomb Group Association website.

At this moment I am working on a virtual cemetery/memorial on the website honering all 339 KIA/MIA/KIS of the group.

I saw your picture of Gorace J. Gillespie's grave marker and I was wondering if I could use it for the memorial. If you made any other photos of 457th BG members would I be able to use these too?

We would greatly appreciate it.

Best regards,

Erwin de Mooij

Arthur Morton Barney
Thank you for putting the picture of my Great Uncle Arthur Morton Barney's marker on FindAGrave. I've put a picture of him and his wife on his page. His middle name is Morton, because that was his paternal grandmother's maiden name.

RE: Sgt John Montgomery
Not a problem at all ... ABMC had both of their records a little messed up when they were added.

Sgt John Montgomery
Hi Michael, You put a photo of a headstone on the wrong Sgt John Montgomery record. The record that you have it on is from Maryland with a middle initial of " E ":

The photo should be on Sgt John Montgomery from Oklahoma with a middle initial of " Q ":

It's an easy mistake for sure. :-) Can you please make the change when you can? John Q Montgomery has been added to my below noted webpage as well. :-)

Thanks My Friends,
Russ Pickett
( He is also noted on the above webpage )

RE: Elmer Tharp
Thanks so much, I respect what you're doing on military with Oklahoma origins/connections. (I hope I'm remembering that correctly.) Though I was born in southwest Missouri, some extended kin and neighbors moved to Oklahoma and it's a state I've traveled through many times "going home" to visit, and my folks had a little ole fishin' cabin near Grand Lake. Again, thank you and hope your project goes well! Vicki Peterson
