I have been doing genealogy since about 1975, and enjoy visiting cemeteries wherever I may be visiting.
I always try and take photos of headstones that may or may not pertain to my families. I am originally from Edon, Williams Co., Ohio and have lived in Southern Utah since 1974. I will gladly transfer any memorials as long as they are not part of my family. Some of the family names I am searching are: Chrisman, Knecht, Gillis, Glover, Kinnison, Beanblossom, Duke, Liggett, McCamis, Finley, Jeurink and Hatch. | |

When it cools off and I find some snake hunters, would you mind if we, my brother and I, try to go to it? I might bring a lawnmower, weedeater, and a gun.

I noticed that you have the most recent photo of Porter Cemetery, Franklin Co, MS, which is dated last December.
Do you have GPS coordinates or other information that could help me locate it?

I notice that I can get the obit from the index at the WCPL Local History Center so I don't need to copy it. These things do happen from time to time. They must have loved her very much (she has a nice little stone next to her parents). | | | Amber Hammon-McCarty
