We have noticed that some people load photographs on Find-A-Grave and post a message saying they are not to be used without permission. PLEASE use the photos we submit if you'd like! That's why we put them on here!! |
This whole thing got started with her making a comment that she knew nothing about her family. It has now gotten TOTALLY out of hand!! We have now surveyed every accessable cemetery in Harrison and Mercer County, Missouri and researched those that are not accessable. Now we're starting to photograph them. We have submitted the surveys and photographs to the county GenWeb sites.
We enjoy tracing the "roots" and various limbs of our family trees, and are often surprised at the nuts that fall out! She seems to be related to EVERYONE. Him...not so much. We also enjoy helping others in their search! So if you have connections in either of these counties and have requests for cemetery photographs or obituaries, please let us know. We're not professionals, but we're not too bad at it!!
If we "manage" a memorial you are interested in or are related to, we'd be more than happy to transfer it to you! The exception would be if it were one of our own close relatives, then we'll probably decline the request.

May I just say that you went above and beyond in fulfilling so many photo requests for me! I can't thank you enough. I hope you had good weather for all of the cemetery walking!
Thank you so very much for sharing your findagrave photos - it is much appreciated. Never could figure out why anyone would not want to share these with family who may live hundreds of miles away.

Are you by any chance related to Asa and Nancy (Landon) Campbell? I have been away from findagrave for a couple of years and noticed tonight that you added tombstone photos to their memorial. I am very curious as to what the pink stuff is on their grave stones. Would love to know. Thanks ~ Sandy

Thank you for the lovely photo of his grave marker. The other members of the family of most appreciative! Would you kindly copy the photo to his wife? That would partially complete the memorials. Thank you for your consideration.
