Check out Carl Braatz in Cedar Hill cemetery in Suitland, Md - F.A.G. ID # 96241199 - you will like this fellow a lot...leave some flowers too!

Note: any reference to the city of Washington versus the county of Washington, both of which were used in the early days of the District of Columbia (D.C.) will be omitted on my memorials or any requests to alter them since the residence of the deceased and/or the actual place of death would also have to be known and before 1850 or so. The city was divided into several parts when drawn up and laid out in the 1790s but these distinctions were dropped long before 1850. There is a need for some memorials of an early date to have this but for most others it is not accurate any longer. All are just Washington, D.C.

RE: Re: Oliver Busby @ Cedar Hill
Thank you for the information about Oliver Busby. He was my great great-uncle, but I never knew him. I do know that he was a lawyer and have a letter written by him to my great grandfather in 1949 regarding some family business. I will explore more regarding this information. Thanks, Robin

Fred, Thank you for making the updates to Harry Wann: Find A Grave Memorial# 95039280

You sent me a note regarding which state the information is from. Sorry I forgot to include the state.

The newspaper referenced is the Noblesville Daily Ledger which is a Noblesville, Indiana, newspaper. Harry Wann was born in Hamilton County, Indiana.

Thanks for your help. Also, thank you for posting a photo of his grave marker.
