You are welcome. I sent you a SAC letting you know you created a duplicate memorial (#148711400) for Charles Mollay Cloninger.

Captain Lee Marshall
Lee Marshall was my grandfather. He died when my mother was a year old. He was born in Australia, then came to the US at around age 33 (I believe) and joined the merchant marines. He received his captain's commission 2 years prior to the sinking of the SS Welch.

RE: William the Conqueor Patton
I'm so glad! The memorial will become even more delightful! I'm very glad to help! By the way, I looked at all your other memorials for your own dear dogs and your cat. Those too are inspirational, and the photos are wonderful.

I shall now go and look at Willie's memorial again.

Warm regards, Terry

Willie's memorial
What a wonderful and touching memorial you have made for "William the Conqueror," General Patton's fine dog Willie. I came upon it by chance and was delighted to find it. Thank you for this contribution and all else you are doing to preserve military history and our heroes.

Warm regards,

Terry Ellen Ferl, contributor 47880583

You're most welcome; I hope it had the information you needed, although there isn't a military marker.

Thank you for your service, and for making sure our veterans are remembered.

Mr Chandler..
I photographed a headstone for Mr Wilburn. It has an inscription that states he was a Sgt. with the 455th. Here is the memorial number 17556167. It appears that he was a KIA
