I've been a member for years. I try to do as many volunteer photos as I can get to. I recently moved from the Chicagoland area to burbs of Atlanta. I'm in Walton county GA. I love the old cemeteries out here & will try to hit as many as possible!
I photograph & post gravesites as a hobby. I don't know or have info on most of my posts. Sorry!
If you have me add info to a post, I will put a note including your find a grave ID. This allows people to go to the proper source if they have a question about the information you provide. If you are not willing to stand behind your provided information, don't ask me to post it.
***I'd like to say a public THANK YOU to Keri #48150755 & Lorraine Anderson #46820770 for sending me numerous corrections so that I was able to relocate the burials at the now defunct Saint Johannes Cemetery, to their new resting places. Without their assistance, the new resting places would not be listed.
Edit Requests Thank you for the edit requests. They will be processed as soon as I review them. Just a reminder, or in case you don't know, I thought you might like to know that I transfer out of guidelines. If you would like custody of any memorials I manage please submit an Edit request using the "Suggest any other correction or addition" option. If I am not related I will transfer. Thank you!
RE: Squire & Mary Jane Laird Yes, Squire H. Laird (#106557780) and Mary Jane Purgett Laird (#106557781) are my great-grand Uncle and Aunt. They are out of guidelines so I was afraid to ask for a transfer. I do want to thank you for adding their memorials to find-a-grave. Your time and effort are greatly appreciated by the family. Blessings, Mary Richards (46590027)
St. Johannes You are very welcome and I thank you so much for the shout out..I really hope I am not being annoying. I know St. Johannes was a huge effort for you so you get a lot of requests about it. I am trying to get all the duplicates fixed too, I know Lorraine has been looking at that too. Maybe between all of us we can get that cleaned up. Fun fact, I found out where Henry and Ida Duntemann are, they were one of the people not on the website's reburial list. Talked to a distant relative of theirs and was able to figure it out. Love it! Keri
Quick Response Thanks so much for the super quick response on the edits/links I suggested for Frank Arvid Peterson. With such a common surname I didn't think I'd have much luck tracking down the Peterson kids.
