|We are doing genealogy on my family and my husband's family as a hobby and to find our roots. It has been very hard locating family members on Richard's side because some of his family did not want to share information to any one or were unaware of past events. However, we will keep searching and hopefully together we can find the answers. We are now living in North Carolina after being born and raised in Virginia. Unlocking the past is very interesting and discovering how our forefathers lived is fascinating. We feel that our deceased family members should be remembered and not forgotten. We are all God's children. We are looking for Hall, Justice, Wade, and Womack family members. You may contact us if you have any information that needs to be corrected, added or would like to share and we would be happy to make the changes. Richard has been helping to transfer memorials and duplications as long as they are not family members. To date he has transferred 165 memorials. We also need your help in locating the Purvis Cemetery in Robeson, North Carolina which is now under another name as Richard has family buried there and we would like to document them. Thank you.|

Cheryl, thanks so much for making the correction on Vara's Memorial and thank you also for transferring it to me. Larry Draughon

You are very welcome, I have started photographing and entering the entire cemetery. Look forward to the cooling weather, as the ground stones are in rough shape from the cemetery not being taken care of properly.
Someone already created a memorial for her back in 2011 and used the correct cemetery info.

|Hixburg23958||Thomas Grinnan and Bessie Grinnan|
I just wanted to drop you a line, I added some pictures of the grave stones for Thomas and Bessie Grinnan and their son William A. Grinnan to the Ivy Hill Cemetery in Isle of Wight, VA. They also had a daughter on the 1910 Census of Newport area of Isle of Wight, named Bessie V. listed as 10 months in April of 1910. I wasn't sure if you knew of this or didn't, so I thought I would drop you a line. Hope all is well, and enjoy the adventure of looking back!

Sorry -- I'm just seeing this message from you and I don't remember what I had asked you to do but Wright does not sound like one of my family names.
Thanks for clarifying.
|KTStanbury||Martha Coffey Chester|
Just wanted to ask you to please update Martha's burial to state she is in the Tolbert Family Cemetery.
This is my family cemetery and I know this grave is here.

Hi Cheryl/Richard, How are you?
My name is Damon and I live in Australia.
I have just signed up to Ancestry.com and with my mother Mary have been directed to your memorial site for Stanley Patrick Barrie who was born in England and was Mary’s biological father.
Stanley left my mother and his first wife Violet Barrie (nee Holman) when my mother was 12 months old. The last my information my mother knew of Stanley was that he settled in Texas and remarried and had two other children.
Mary is 72, has 4 boys Daryl 47, Dean 45, myself 44, Heath 37 and 13 grandchildren aged between 2 – 27 years old.
It would be mind blowing if you were related to us. I would love to make contact.
I hope to hear back from you soon.
