I do this to help others looking for family members...in that regard:|
Please keep any communications civil, and I shall do the same.
I always try to check for duplicates before and after posting, but sometimes miss them. Just politely let me know if you find a dupe.
I will make corrections or I will gladly transfer ownership of any of your relatives/friends memorials to you.
I appreciate those of you who take pictures, I know it takes work...on that note, please do not post a picture to my memorials just to get credit, ESPECIALLY if I have already posted a perfectly good picture. I am finding that some of the newer members are going out and taking pictures just to get credit when I already have perfectly good pictures posted on memorials. If you have a better picture, I will willingly take my old one down...please just notify me that you have added one that's better.
**Please follow FAG guidelines and provide familial relationship AND your member # when requesting transfer of a memorial. If no details are provided the request will be ignored.

I would like to ask permission to use your photograph of the Gunn photo at memorial #85704584 for a history I am doing on the Gilbert Cemetery in Saline county, Nebraska. He also has a tombstone there and I want to show both of them in the history. I also see you are a Find a Grave friend to Ron and Ann Miller White. I have a request to use six of their photographs in the history but her messages are disabled. I really want to get this history done and sent to the printers. Proper credit will be given to all photographs used. Please respond to email@example.com

The cemetery record says "Sandra" so I assume it's accurate. Thanks for all the memorials you have added. I think that's awesome. I enjoy taking pictures, especially when it helps other people with family research. So sorry to hear you lost so many photos. That has to be discouraging.

Thank you for the message concerning the Richmond graves. Today, I sent a request to the contributor. It appears that he/she does transfer memorials.
I would also like to thank you for you kind words concerning the pictures. I strive for clarity of the information on the stone. I always appreciate easily read photo's done by others. I like to think that I am returning the kindness by focusing on the dates and spellings.
Remembering our loved ones,

I have been going through the information you have posted on the Sperry family of Gresham Nebraska and want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the work you have done supplying information and photos and family links. My grandparents Harry and Sabra (Sperry) Stevenson left Nebraska after losing all their money and land following the stock market crash and bank closures in early 1930's. I have learned more information from your work that will help me research their family ties, for which I am so grateful. R/Sharon Stevenson Ellis

Harry was my grandfather. you have a memorial page for him. You are correct that Sabra was Harry's wife. Their two daughters are indicated, but not identified. They were born before my father, Donald Dale Stevenson. The daughters were Ruth Maxine (Stevenson) Whitaker and Frances (Stevenson) Smith. Both are deceased. Ruth died in Napa CA in May 2011 when she was just short of her 90th birthday.
I have family pictures if you want to post them. Not sure how this works, but appreciate that you have posted info on my grandfather.

Thank you very much for the transfer.
|Dwight Needens||Thank you!!!!|
Thank you so much for doing the transfers!!! I appreciate it immensely. Here's a blessing "back to you"---just came across it on youtube. A taste of Heaven . . . :) Links usually don't work here so if you go to youtube and cut and paste or type:
Myron Butler: We Bless Your Name
You'll be greeted by a VERY uplifting tune!!! :)
Thanks again and BLESS YOU!!! :)

I've added a little bit more, but have put doing a better job on my to-do list.
Thanks for your care-taking of this memorial. I am so glad it is in the hands of someone who takes the responsibility seriously.
