Bio and Links
Bio Photo I prefer to limit transfers to established, regular contributors to Find a Grave who demonstrate an understanding of the FAQs and purpose of the site. Please use the SAC function (edit button on memorial) to request transfers, and be sure to let me know specifically how you are related. If you are brand new here, welcome! Folks come and go often, and I like to make sure you're going to stick around and contribute regularly before I transfer. You may want to read the "help with Find a Grave" section to understand the purpose of the site.

I volunteer at Oakland Cemetery in Atlanta, and am working on photo-documenting the whole cemetery. At this point, I prefer not to transfer memorials for this cemetery (other than mandatory transfers, of course) because my research is ongoing. In the meantime, please feel free to send me as much additional info as you wish via the edit button on the memorial.

I moved her to Oakland. Is there a reason why she wasn't buried next to her husband?

RE: Witts
Yes, Section 7
The Witt's in Section 15 have no grave markers at all - and this includes Charles C. Witt who died July 14, 1918 - you have him in Section 7

Charles C. Witt died of Cancer, his wife is Mary Witt (died-1922)

RE: Memorial# 137153389 Angeline Jack
Mine is taken from a higher angle - Hans - I guess it's OK to have additional photo as long as nothing else needs to be posted.

RE: Louis's name
I don't think Henry was his nickname. Everything I found on him had Henry in parenthesis. So I put his full name down in the bio section.

RE: oops - double linked
I saw the double link and deleted mine. Sorry, I'm kind of new to this.

RE: Mary Rebecca Amme Muller
Can I do that if I don't know for sure which tombstone is his? Can I just put his burial information according to his obituary?

RE: Mary Rebecca Amme Muller
Wow, you were quick to reply. Thank you!
I have no idea who Lollie Muller was and I wondered why she was buried next to Mary. Mary had 6 children who died young and 5 lived to adulthood!! But Lollie and with her birth date could not have been one of them as Mary would have been 70 when she gave birth. Perhaps she was a grandchild??
I noticed the Breitenbucher tombstone and Amme Breitenbucher was a pallbearer at Mary's funeral but I'm not quite clear on how they were related. Amme was Mary's maiden name. I'm not yet sure who Mary's sisters were and if one was Elizabeth.
Louis C. (Henry) Muller was born Carl Ludwig Heinrich Muller but I doubt his tombstone would be in that name. And in the Army he used the name Henry Miller. He was born 1848 and died November 14, 1892.
Thank you so much. I will call the Sexton and see what I can find out. You've been a great help.
