Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been doing genealogy work for about 20 years with brief intervals of inactivity when my life took different turns. I love going to all the old cemeteries in South Georgia marveling at some of the old tombstones (some are quite elaborate and expensive even for that period of time) and dreaming about how our ancestors lived. Since my husband and I shared so many ancestors (including at least three great-great-great grandfathers), it was an easy task getting information about our "kinfolk". When my husband of nearly 40 years died in 2002 my enthusiasm for genealogy waned somewhat and I did little research for several years. I found the FindAGrave website about six months ago and entered a few memorials. I absolutely love entering memorials for so many of the South Georgia cemeteries which I have helped "survey" over the years thus enabling so many people access to this information. I especially like being able to link families and consider this one of the most important features of FindAGrave. I believe when entering genealogy information one should always be open to criticism in order to get information as accurate as possible -- especially when it is posted on the internet for so many thousands of people to view. Accuracy should be the #1 consideration for all genealogists and I will always strive for perfection.

Anguish Perry Thomas
Hi,
I have just found another of Anguish Perry Thomas and Nancy Williams's daughter. Her name is Amanda Lou Thomas Smith and she is on Find a Grave in Water's Cemetery in Pierce County, GA. You might can get her place with her parents. Just thought I would call it to your attention.

RE: Wilhelmina Hendrix
I did not mean to be critical. Billie Hendrix is a very sweet lady. Have known her for years. I enjoyed reading about her family. Her husband called her Mina and we call her Billie. Went to church with them for years. Thanks Delita

Thomas Family
I found John Greenbury Thomas's death certificate. And it has his father as Anguish Thomas ( which is Anguish Perry A.P. Thomas) and his mother as Nancy Williams. Can you change his mother's name from Nancy Taylor Thomas to Nancy Williams Thomas. Thank You.

Eva Rentz
Hi Barbara, I noticed that the parents for Eva Rentz are much to old to be her parents?

Grave Memorial# 71912608
Hi Barbara,I wanted to call your attention to inaccuracies on Grave Memorial#71912608.
The Elizabeth Turner you have noted as the daughter of William Turner and Luraney Byrd is not their daughter. I am a descendant of the Wm. and Luraney Byrd Turner ( both are buried in the Turner Cemetery in Bacon Co., GA) that you have posted, thru their dau. Susan Olive Turner Walker->Susan Olive Walker Altman-> Colea Altman Dixon-> Jesse Leroy Dixon-> Me, Cindi Juliano.

I have been researching these lines for 35+ years and they did not have a daughter named Elizabeth. The siblings you listed for her are all Wm. and Luraney Turner's children but not your Elizabeth Turner Williams siblings. I believe that you would not want to see these inaccuracies perpetuated, by your statement made in your bio...
"I believe when entering genealogy information one should always be open to criticism in order to get information as accurate as possible -- especially when it is posted on the internet for so many thousands of people to view. Accuracy should be the #1 consideration for all genealogists".
Thank you in advance for correcting this mistake/misinformation on your Memorial Page. Cindi Juliano
