Sarah Kathleen Allen-Riser-Howard
Thank you for the memorial and grave photo of Sarah Howard. I am wondering if you would be willing to grant me permission to use your photo on my file. I place credit for the photo in the description and I have no interest in the photo for anything other than genealogical purposes.

Thanks so much for your consideration.

RE: Samuel Campbell
Thx Luanne. My husband's grandfather was Sam Campbell's son, Elmer. I was just curious if you had gone back farther than Samuel. Was thinking you may be closer related to this person.

Jenny TALLEY Stone
As documented -- following are the children of Jenny (Talley) Stone, who as yet HAS NOT BEEN PROVED to have had the maiden name of OBrian, because the cement headstone in the cemetery was placed their later without proper documentation.

Per the 1850 Carter County, KY Federal Census: Head of Household: STONE, Iraby 30y (1820) KY, Occupation: FARMING. STONE, Jane 29y (1821) North Carolina. CHILDREN (all born KY): Mary 12y; Manervia 9y; Sarah 7y; Delila 5y; John 4y Thomas Stone 1

<>NOTE #1: Their farm was next to his brother's Cudthbert & Enoch Stone families.

<>NOTE #2: Thomas Stone was 1y old (born 1849) in the census above. But, later listed as being born in 1853. Could be the same child.

Death date for Augustine Duduit Waugh
Just found an affidavit by both John and Augustine Duduit Waugh for John's sister Lucinda Dickerson and her pension claim for her son, George for the Civil War. It was dated September 21, 1863, and has both of their "marks" or signatures on it, so Augustine was still alive in 1860, and so was John. Here is the link, page 207 of the 394 page file:

Thanks for your time and diligence toward improving William's memorial by linking his parents. This, and all your other fine efforts are very much appreciated.
