For a loved PetRAINBOW BRIDGE author unknownBy the edge of a woods, at the foot of a hill,Is a lush, green meadow where time stands still.Where the friends of man and woman do run,When their time on earth is over and done. For here, between this world and the next,Is a place where each beloved creature finds rest.On this golden land, they wait and they play,Till the Rainbow Bridge they cross over one day.No more do they suffer, in pain or in sadness,For here they are whole, their lives filled with gladness.Their limbs are restored, their health renewed,Their bodies have healed, with strength imbued. They romp through the grass, without even a care,Until one day they start, and sniff at the air.All ears prick forward, eyes dart front and back,Then all of a sudden, one breaks from the pack. For just at that instant, their eyes have met;Together again, both person and pet.So they run to each other, these friends from long past,The time of their parting is over at last. The sadness they felt while they were apart,Has turned into joy once more in each heart. They embrace with a love that will last forever,And then, side-by-side, they cross over together.......✿.,.*¨`*. ☆ .*¨`*.✿......✿*¨`*. Granddaughter of Albert Tiffany Rodman Hi there, I only today learned a birthday and death date for my grandfather Albert Tiffany Rodman. He had two daughters with my grandmother Dorothy Ruth Bee from Guam. I am looking to find family and or family history. If there is anything you could offer---more photos...I have one or two photos of him and they are really old. firstname.lastname@example.org thank you!
Thanks for all of your work on FindAGrave and for sharing wonderful photos.
Can you please take a look at the memorial (managed by me) for Sara Ann (Harmon) Thompson (memorial #55607254). You have posted a picture there of her son, John Asbury Thompson. Can you please remove his picture from Sara's memorial and instead add it to his own? His memorial is #5207278 or you can follow the link from Sara's page.
Robert & Mary Hyatt Prettyman I am a decendent of Robert & Mary & would like permission to copy your information! I can't quite make out the writing on these gravestones; if you have any info on them I would be very appreciative. Thank you for posting all of your wonderful information! Betty Kelly
Would you be willing to let the Vance Birthplace North Carolina Historic Site use your newspaper scan (http://image2.findagrave.com/photos/2014/119/8863712_1398894681.jpg) on a webpage bio of Gen. Robert Vance?
Thank you for posting it! It's a really interesting find.
Photo Requests Hi Gennie! I looked for your photo requests today while I was at Bridgeville cemetery, but I was not able to locate either of them. Unfortunately, there are several headstones in the cemetery that are no longer legible. Do you by any chance know if they are together, or know the location of either of the plots?
