Thank you for taking a photo of his headstone. The headstone picture greatly enhances his memorial.
Your time and efforts are deeply appreciated.

Thank you so much for the wonderful photographs of his grave marker. Thanks for all you do for so many veterans and their families. You have honored this Spanish American War veteran's memory!

On this website, there is no option of adding the line under the photo itself, so I have added it to the "Additional Info" area below it.

|Sherlocks Cousin||RE: Mansfield Cemetery|
Mansfield is out of my area but it is where we sometimes load up freight across the street from the cemetery. So while hubby is waiting, I go cemetery hopping. A couple of years back, I stumbled across a Gothard and said to myself that that individual could not be related to my husband so I didn't take the pic. Boy was I wrong. I started digging on ancestry.com and sure enough the Gothard was a distant blood cousin to his family in Hamilton Co, TN. I had to request a photo as I didn't know when we would get back there. lol - Been back 3 times since then. This time I was able to get in the cemetery on the 17th and 18th, but it was so darned muddy and water standing everywhere it made it difficult to get a lot more photos than I did. My jeans were wet about 6" up and I tried not to get in water - saturated was an understatement. So, whenever I see 'family' names, I take photos. We just never know where family will end up.

Thank you so much for the gorgeous photos of Harold and Grace Ellington's headstones. I appreciate it so much, do you mind if I use your photos in my private family tree on ancestry.com. Harold is a descendant of a Confederated States Arm ancestor Edward Thomas Ellington. The heritage of military service for this family is amazing. Thanks again for your time. Linda
