RE: Holland Church Cemetery
Every time we drive by the lone pine cemetery in the corn field I want to jump the French and go there - my mom is chicken :) my grandma said we could so we are going when the corn is gone - could they be In the goodell cemeteries? They have 2 of them - or Klemme? I can check when we go back out. We just came from Clarion and only got half done but it's too hot.

RE: William S. Bailey
P.S. I have not seen a person with the middle name of Scott in my research.

RE: William S. Bailey
Robert Givens Bailey is his correct name. His wife's maiden name is Dixon. I hope this helps. My father is his name sake and he as well was born on June the 27th. Robert and Elizabeth are my for times great grandparents.

By the way Jack was also one of the people who was the voice for the Disney character Goofy.

Elizabeth & William Ward
Greetings, Toni!

Thanks for the heads up on the inappropriate family link on Elizabeth Ward's memorial. I have no idea how it got there---in the bio sections of both Elizabeth's and William's I had described them as siblings, not mother and son.

Best regards,

RE: Joseph Edgar Weeks
Hi I just wanted to let you know I'm not related to the Weeks family. I just did some research on Joseph Edgar Weeks.

RE: Clark/Ward/Dimmick

No, my line begins in Amelia County, VA; then to Halifax County, NC; then to Laurens County, SC; then to Newton County, GA; and finally Chambers County, AL.

No I am not related to James Ward. I went through the whole Grey Mountain Cemetery a few years ago, photographing all gravestones and creating memorials on Find-A-Grave for any not already there as well as posting the photos.

I do have a small amount of Wards in my tree though, but not Daniel D Ward nor anyone likely to be closely related to him.

A quick search on WorldConnect brought me to this record which looks like a good match. It says Daniel Dimmitt Ward, born 1804 in Prince Edward Island, Canada. There are multiple possible parents listed there but the mother's maiden name appears to be DeWolf. Dimmitt may have been her first married name. It's not definite but there are links to the various possible parents so there may be enough there to confirm or eliminate those choices. It also lists his wife and their children, so that should at least make it possible to confirm if this is your person of interest. Hope this helps.
