 | RE: Bishop Albert Gregory Thanks for the info. Since you have missing info I am going to assume that the census records I got from Ancestry are correct as to his birthdate. It's up to you if you want to change the date you have. Thanks again for your reply. | | | irishcoleen
 | Bishop Albert Gregory Hello,
This man is a distant relative and I have census records showing his birthdate as May 1871 in Illinois. You are showing a different birthdate. I have no death date either. I didn't see a headstone picture so I wasn't sure where you got the date. If my date is incorrect would you please let me know?
Thanks! | | | Julee Judkins Hicks

 | RE: Find a Grave Memorial You are very welcome. I am working hard to enter each and every person who is buried in the Simons cemetery. If they have a military monument I also try to post a picture of that also. | | | Christina
 | RE: Melba Hargis No, I am sorry that I am not related. Alto I am from Tobinsport and knew the family well. I just seen where someone had posted memorials for Earl and looked up Melba's information and posted one for her. She was a wonderful lady and my family thought so much of them all. Did you know there is two for Earl? I noticed yours was there first so I connected your memorial for Earl to her and transfered her to you. I will send the information I found for Earl. I kinda got side tracked! Nice to meet you. ~ Christina | | | Christina
 | Melba Hargis Mr. Maxey, I noticed the picture you put up on Melba's memorial site. I thank you for your contibution. I have transfered her memorial to you as I see you are family. I also found some of her husband's Earls information, that I will send in the edit for his memorial to you. Would you kindly add it to the Bio on his memorial? Thank you ~ Christina | | | Rod Larson
 | James Waters of Fayette, IN Thanks, Bill for the advice. Regarding the different James Waters, I have found records for a Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New Jersey Regiments veteran that resided in his later years in Tennessee....Another, after enlisting in Maryland, served in a Virgina Regiment whose later years are in Ohio. This James Waters may be involved with a Georgia regiment which I have sparse information on. The history and sacrifices of these men and families are amazing.
Regarding above, I am new to this and trying to understand the land-grants that a lot of Revolutionary Veterans particpated in. If you have any knowledge on how and where to search for these, please share.
Thanks & take care,

 | James Waters of Fayette, IN First of all thank you for serving and recognizing those that have served! I am a descendant of James Waters of Fayette, IN, Georgia, and Pendleton area of SC, through Samuel Waters. I have identified two different James Waters recognized by the Government as Revolutionary War Veterans, however, have not been able to verify this James Waters. I noticed that you have him listed as a Revolutionary War Veteran and am hoping you can help me. Can you provide any information that will help me with James Waters' links to the Revolutionary War and/or his wife's {Elizabeth Chambers) ancestery such as a mother and/or father? Thank you!
