I became interested in genealogy in the 1960's (pre-computer) after a cousin did research on my paternal line going back to the 1400's. Led me to research going forward and expand to include my maternal line as well as my spouse and former spouse's families. Came to the realization how closely related multi-generations families that have lived in Avoyelles Parish Louisiana are. If you have a connection to Avoyelles, then you're probably some cousin of mine.
Please feel free to share, copy, or print any of my pictures for your personal use or for your family records.
Picture of Pythian Thanks for the picture of Pythian Cemetery. I'm new to this site and didn't know there was a picture of it. My great grandparents are buried there. William Coats Grayson and Winona Bushnell Grayson. Kevin Grayson
Memorial# 27943619 For Hernandez Lemoine Is there anyway if you were given the date of birth and death if you could put it on there? And could you also add a little information on there as well about him. Please get back to me at firstname.lastname@example.org

Secondly, If you don't mind, I would appreciate it if you would transfer ownership of Find A Grave Memorial# 27943487 Roger Warren Silvers to me?
We grew up a block apart and spent many happy times together in our youth. Our families have been close since the 1950's and it would be deeply appreciated if I could have ownership of Roger's page and add some personal information about him.
Thank you very sincerely, Joyce M. Jeffries Find-a-Grave Contributor #47115380 http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=mr&MRid=47115380&
I would like to add this gravestone photo to the (non-profit) Alford American Family Association's collection of Louisiana Obituaries, where his obituary is (or will be) included. You can see the current collection at http://www.alfordassociation.org/OBITS/LAOBIT.htm.
May I have your permission to include your gravestone photos? If so, I will add this to the photo caption:
Photo from [cemetery name, city, county, state]—www.findagrave.com Permission granted by the photographer, Native of Marksville [or your full name if you like]
And thanks so much for your gravestone photo work!
Thank you, Pamela Alford Thompson (Find A Grave #47195155) Obituaries Project Manager, Alford American Family Association firstname.lastname@example.org
