In your article on George Aldrich, where you said this burying ground restored in 1955 by Richard Stoddard Aldrick. You misspelled Richard Stoddard last name. Its Aldrich. Thank you Judy Aldrich

You are very welcome. I will see what I can do about your other requests in the near future.

Hello. I saw your memorial for Mitchel Joseph Fortier. My friends grandfather died in Worchester State Hospital, also. I was curious how you obtained his photo.

You already have my email address. I sent you another message, using the edit function. Is Bob Sr still living? If so, why have you created a memorial for him?

I just sent you a transfer request regarding my relative. Are you related to him too?

Thank you. I actually called the rectory and they said that the lady who handles that was not available. I left my phone number and no one got back to me. I also had sent an e-mail to Nancy Norberg last year. She did say that she did not see the names listed in the records. I sent her copies of the death records that said "St. Denis" and she never responded to any e-mails after that. I tried to e-mail her again two weeks ago and she NEVER responded. I guess maybe she is sick of having to look up names and dates for people. I really don't know. Without any help from her, I again went to the cemetery this year since I was visiting RI for a wedding. I am originally from Cumberland, RI, but have been living in Florida for the past 10 years. I took my time and spent a good hour trying to look at every stone. I think you are right. There are many spaces where there are NO STONES at all. There is one stone that I see that is next to one of my distant relatives and I can't help but wonder if it is her's.
Her name is Ludivine McDonald Poirier. Of course, the spelling of her first and last name is probably spelt wrong in the records. I found her death record on familysearch.org and it has her as Lavina Poirrier or Perrier. She died on Dec. 16, 1899. It says that she is buried at St. Denis. The stone that I am wondering about (which only has a cross on it, no names), is next to her nephew, Simon McDonald. He is buried with his wife Adele Poirier. Next to that stone is one for Thomas Morvan (misspelt as Morvon). His wife was Alexandrine Poirier, the sister of Adele. With all these Poiriers and McDonalds right there, she is probably nearby. The section is FR according to the American French Genealogical Society's website. Sorry this message is so long. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. It's nice that you have tried to purchase stones for your relatives that could not afford one. I would love to do that also, although it is probably quite expensive. I have a great-great aunt who died at age 4 and I found the location and again, NO STONE at St. Francis cemetery in Pawtucket, RI. She died in 1887 and I often think of how hard life must have been for people back then.
Thank you for your help.
