|William Covington||William Snow born 1801|
Hello - I am researching the ancestry of
William Snow for my cousin who lives in Kentucky.
You can contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org
William Covington in Leeds, Yorkshire, England.
Finally found the Kentucky Death Register image for George Thomas Pogue; on Ancestry. There is a transcription error in the surname, they spelled it PAGUE on the transcript of the handwritten record; which explains why it wasn't coming up on my Ancestry search by name/date/location even though it should have since I had settings for "exact/similar/sounds like" and even tried it without any first name. Anyway, thanks for all your help!
Re: George Thomas Pogue (or Thomas George Pogue): Meant to say, found the death record also on Family Search but there is no actual image of the death certificate. Ancestry Search for death cert won't take via cut and paste of info you sent me for Ancestry website. Coming up empty when I search for his death certificate by name and location there so not sure how you found it. Any way you can just take a screenshot of his actual death certificate and upload that as a jpg file to his Find A Grave memorial? Thanks!
Thanks for your help! I did find that cemetery index, but still cannot find the actual death certificate to verify details. I can't get it to pop up in a search on either Ancestry or FamilySearch.

Mr. Nichols was buried in Greenlawn Cemetery in Kansas City, Mo. not Greenwood Cemetery according to his death certificate. Thank you in advance for making this correction.
|Michael Newkirk||Joseph Newkirk 1833-1900|
I am looking for any info on Joseph Newkirk (1833-1900)buried in Wamsleyville Cemetery. Specifically who is Joseph's Father? I believe Joseph is my 4th Great Grandfather. Thanks for your time.

I'm sorry I sent that message, I noticed that was how it worked after clicking around. I agree that it could be a little confusing. Thanks for the clarification though!
