I have been working on family histories since 1965 loving every minute of it, thanks to a letter I got from my grandfather telling me of his life. This is long before computers, we used pencil and notebook paper. We, being my husband and myself dragging along two kids which they didn't seem to mind. We have traveled all over the country going to cemeteries, court houses, libraries etc, tracking the ancestors down. After all these years we decided to help you all by adding as many memorials as we can. If you have questions please feel free to ask. If I have made any mistakes, please let me know.

Hi Judy,
My name is Tammy Absheer, and I am one of Ernie's daughters. I wanted to thank you so much for taking this photo of his headstone. Just curious how we are related. Also, would you happen to have any information on the cemetary and background of his father, John Ernest Absheer. I have been trying to find the location without much luck. I visited one time as a young girl, with my family, and do remember it is in the Piedmont area of MO. Thanks so much again for being so thoughtful.
