Bio

My Precious Mother was born at Neelys Landing, Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. Her name was Grace Pearl Rumfelt, she was one of thirteen children born to Robert Ellison Rumfelt and Mary Elizabeth McCain Rumfelt, she was my inspiration for starting genealogy, along with my cousin Dewey Milo Rumfelt Sr. Anyone who knew her, loved her, they were very blessed to have known her and I am the most blessed to have had her as my Mother. She married my dad, Thomas Oral Norton Sr in 1928. I am researching, RUMFELT, NORTON, McCAIN, MEADOWS, RICE, STANLEY, BYRD, ANDERSON, CLOVER, NATION, BAILEY, and extended families of these surnames, in Illinois, Missouri, North Carolina, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Oklahoma, Texas, Montana, along with other states.
