|c.walker||Are you just a "numbers" person?|
Why do you have "unknown" for DOBs or DODs on memorials you created, took photos of tombstones which CLEARLY show the dates of birth and/or death, yet you do not take the time to put them on the memorial? When doing genealogy work , and looking for multiple connections, it is difficult to have to go into the memorial, pull up the photo for any dates. Are you just after numbers, or do you want the memorials to truly represent the person who has passed? I am confused. Do you care or are you lazy or one of the "numbers" people who just want their totals to look impressive without doing due diligence in placing correct and available information on the memorial to flesh out and honor the person?

I sent you a single, easy correction on Sep 26, 2013 to see if it would be made. I have many more corrections to request. According to find-a-grave guidelines, we are to give you 30 days to make corrections. The changes have not been made.
We appreciate all the memorials you have created, but you appear to be inactive. Your profile admits that you are "not able to get on the internet as frequently". If you ever get around to reading this message, perhaps you could transfer responsibilty to someone more active.

As a contributor, do I have to make corrections or additions to the memorials I manage?
Find A Grave memorials should be viewed as works in progress. There is always the potential for someone to send you a correction or additional information. As the manager of the memorial, we hope that you will be excited to receive and post new information as it is presented to you. If you neglect to update memorials when valid corrections are sent to you, we may determine that you have become an inactive member. Should that happen, we may make corrections on your behalf or transfer management of the memorial to an active contributor. If you have added memorials that you do not want to manage, please let Find A Grave know, and we will assume management.
