You requested a photo of a large family name marker but the only one on that lot is not for the Wilson's. That plot has about 15 people buried in it and the names on the marker is Cunningham/Mooney. I will put it on the memorial but I did not think that it should go onto the memorial.

Concerning your ancestor Mary Ann Swindle, who married Stephens. Her father Joseph Swindle was the brother of my ancestor. Joseph Swindle actually raised my own ancestor Nancy W. Swindle after her mother died in Ashe Co NC. Joseph Swindle was from a GERMAN community in central Virginia. His father was Rev War Vet who died in KY. Joseph's wife Mary Ann Brown came from a very old family line of Virginia, which I also have researched. I found her ancestry by chance actually. You can email me direct and I can send you a SWINDLE report as well as the BROWN report. My email address is listed on findagrave. The name is SWINDLE, however in Missouri they spelled it as Swindell. Best regards, Lilly Martin
|Dr. Charles Robert (Bob) Campbell||RE: Laura Holt Staggs|
Hi Annie, I was not aware that we had duplicate memorials. Thanks for the reply. My records indicate that Laura married Charles Staggs in 1898. She is listed as his wife in the 1910 federal census. While I have not found any divorce record it appears that she divorced Holt some time after 1900 and married Staggs sometime after.
You did not mention your relationship to Laura, certainly if it is closer than mine, great grand aunt by marriage I will be happy to remove my record. Which ever of us does it the other should make sure that bio info is included from the other in the remaining record.
|Barbara||Benjamin Waller -Spotsylvania Co., VA|
The date of death for Benjamin Waller, #134283613, Prospect Hill Cemetery, Partlow, VA is incorrect. He died before 2 August 1830 as that is the date his will was probated. His will was dated 31 July 1826 and he died sometime before the 2 Aug. 1830 date. If you could somehow make a note of this info, it would be much appreciated.

Sorry for such a delayed response, his daughter Clara K Peters Painter (1870 - 1902) is my second great grandmother on my paternal side. Unfortunately I really do not know anything about the family other than what my research has turned up. I do not have photos of anyone but my grandparents, not even any of my great grandparents. I would love to see the photos you have, if possible and I will gladly compare what little notes I have with you if you would like.
|Connie Nisinger||Pierre Laclede Scott|
Pierre was buried in Lot 2752 on 8/19/1917. The only other Scott in that lot is Adele K. You can view the lot diagram here:

If you are family to her, why don't you receive the transfer. She will be with her other siblings in one place and I'll have Lucetta Jane Haydon Cantrell, our GGGrandmother. If at some point you decide different, I'll be glad to take any you transfer over. Let me know and thank you.

|Bob Collins||RE: Rose E O Ross|
The photo from 1925 (I think closer to 1900) is indeed a photo of the Ross lot (3777) from across the neighboring Leland lot. I went out to the cemetery today and made a new photo from the same angle. I have made 2 annotated PDFs I'd like to send to you. Email?
