Oh, a Burgess. Wonder is she related to Bill Burgess in Arizona, who spent many years researching the Parsons family. His book is "Parsons: Ghosts from the Past." The Parsons married Batsons in my family.
If he's related to her, the book is a great resource.

Bernard Ruby was my great=great grandfather.
His daughter was Elizabeth Ruby Palmer she is buried in LaBelle Cemetery in Wisconsin. Are we related? I do have info on the Ruby family. Bernard married Barbara Gerwig in NY.

Have uploaded photo you requested for Bernard Ruby. He is on a stone with his wife, Lugarta. No other Ruby's in the area of their stone. The picture is not as clear as I would like, but the stone is very badly worn. I originally transcribed this area of St. Mary's Cemetery about 5 years ago and this stone was much easier to read at that time. I didn't find any Barbara Ruby so perhaps this is not the Bernard Ruby you were looking for. | | |
