Captain Reuben Harrison of Rockingham, VA
Nancy - I am the 6th great granddaughter of Captain Reuben Harrison. The cemetery you photographed in Mauzy, does it still exist? I am in WV but hope to travel to Rockingham for the first time in August. And, he no longer has a stone? It was destroyed long ago? Correct?

Thank you for any information!

Could you delete three of the same photos off of his memorial please? You possibly did it by accident. Thank you. He is buried in Zirkle Cemetery.

More McInturffs in Massanutten Cemetery
I appreciate you spending the time to take and post these nice photos. Thank you very much. Could you please add the photo you put on Ollie P's (142820036) memorial to Olive Pearl's (142470050) memorial? I didn't realize at the time that I had created a duplicate, which I need to delete. Thank you.

Anderson and Redden Cemetery
Hi. Could you please remove the pictures you added to the 2 memorials at this cemetery? Then, re-add them but select person or family instead of grave on the drop-down menu? By listing them as gravestones it appears they don't need anyone to locate the graves. Many thanks.

Dellinger, Sarah Ann nee: Overholtz - # 77561516
Dear Nancy,

Thank you for posting the photo of Sarah on her memorial! It is ALWAYS a treasure when folks share photos of our dearly departed as that is for most of us the only way we will ever see what our more distant relatives looked like! :-)

That being said, while searching the list of Dellinger burials at St Pauls LCC for a tombstone photo trip this weekend, I was copy/pasting those names that needed tombstone photos taken into a list while my research partner was checking the name for links, etc, and advised me that though Sarah's memorial in the list indicated there was already a tombstone/Grave photo posted, the only photo was your posted 'Person' photo.

If I may be so bold, when adding photos to memorials, may I ask that you select the appropriate type of photo from the 'drop down' list when posting them, the choices being: Grave (tombstone), Person (the best choice for your kindly shared photo in this case), Family or Other. I do understand that sometimes an inappropriate 'finger slip' is at fault and I suspect that in this case, but all of our efforts in accuracy when memorializing our deceased relatives has value. :-)

Thank you for all your FindAGrave efforts and if at your convenience, you could correct this categorizing error it would be much appreciated. If on the other hand my trip is successful and I am able to post the tombstone photo before you are able to correct the photo category, I'll post it as a Person photo and the overall correct effect will be realized.

Always, in Find A Grave brother/sisterhood,
