Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a passionate 'history buff and armchair genealogist' for these past 30-odd years which includes, but is not limited to, New England, Mid-West and the Western United States. Plus I am a member of several Lineage Societies and Genealogy Societies in the United States.

Currently I am researching, compiling and documenting the Civil War Veterans buried in/around Spokane County, Washington with over 4,000 names and counting.

Plus I am also researching, compiling and documenting 1812 REAL Daughters and their veteran fathers buried in the Pacific Northwest and the surrounding states.

Please Note: I will transfer FindaGrave.com web pages to proven family members only that ask politely!

Belena Brunelle
Belena Brunelle, 61867478. Thank you for posting all the wonderful information about my Great-Great Grandfather. His daughter Delena Matilda Brunelle Murphy (There are several different ways her name was spelled, so it is slightly different on her Find A Grave) was my Great-Grandmother. Tilly as the family called her, daughter Maxine Gertrude Murphy was my grandmother.

I just want to say I appreciate all the time it must have taken to gather all the information you put on the Find A Grave.

Tricia

Joanne Balme
Haverland
Hi Jake - I am Joanne - my gg uncle was Richard J Haverland. Find A Grave no. 63745307. Could you check and perhaps edit his birthdate. All the census from 1850 through 1900 show his birth as Aug 1840. It looks like the 1910 census had the error. Thank you for all the work you do on Find a Grave.

RE: Mary Fellows ( -1858) Buried Franklin Grove Cemetery, Lee County, IL
Glad to be of help! When spring gets here, I'm usually in this cemetery once a week. I'll try to remember to double check the locations. They're both near the front as Mary especially would be one of the oldest burials in this cemetery.

Mary and Capt. Jonathan Fellows are near each other in the cemetery, although I would have to go back and take another look to see if they are side by side. Mary's stone is broken, as you can see in the photo, but I do believe that toward the bottom of her stone, I thought I could see the Latin symbol for Age and 65 years, if that helps any. I wasn't certain enough of that to put it on her memorial page though.

RE: Benjamin Ross
According to an article from a newspaper story I found online, "He fought in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Constitution in the War of 1812." That is all the info provided in the article.
What is your interest in Benjamin Ross? I have not been able to find much info on him but would appreciate anything you have.

-Terry

RE: Viola Day Photo
You are quite welcome. I, also, added Minnie Day. Her small headstone was buried over the years and is next to Viola's. If you need anybody else in Woodlawn, let me know. I am just down the road from there.
I am working on other requests for Woodlawn.
