I am a great lover of family history. I am interested in the Butts, McFarling, Webster, Holt, Turner, Powell, Everett, Kimbrough, Dill, Strader and Burch families of Caswell County and the Coley, Spence, Wray, Wright, Dodson, Blackwell and Green families of southern Virginia. If you have any family history information or old photos from these families please feel free to contact me, also if I can help you with your research. If you are interested in using any of the graveyard photos I have taken in your family tree on ancestry or anywhere else please feel free to do so, that is what I have taken and posted them for!

Randy, there was a local Danville obit today for a Butts, was that relation to you, I didn't do anything with it as I figured it may have been of relation to you and you would want to do it. If family, sorry for the loss and my condolences. I am in process of doing your edits now, later, Larry

Correction on John Everett
Hello! I just wanted to make note of new information regarding John Everett - turns out he is the uncle of Daniel Everett, not his father. He apparently had no children. In the actual copy of his will, he did appoint his NEPHEW Daniel Everett as one of his executors. The will goes on to read that he left a specific legacy of slaves to Daniel. The rest of his estate was to be left to his brothers, sisters, and their children. Your work is wonderful, I am local and have similar family interests, namely Everett and Kimbro. Daniel Everett was my 4th ggf, so I am trying to track down more information. Thank you!

RE: Kimbro
Hoyt Kimbro was my maternal grandfather who died before l was born. My mother had no siblings that made it past early childhood.l did know two of her aunts vaguely, who are deceased. Doris Thompson(a Kimbro)and Pat"Blondie" Ligon (who now l think was possibly on my maternal grandmother's side "Green"
Sorry l couldn't be of more help.
I will talk to my sister to see if she might know anything and forward to you!

Catherine and Julius Brumbeloe
Thank you so very much for the photos. My mom was a Brumbeloe and I have been doing some research on that name to try and find some of her family. There are several ways to spell this name and still be connected. If you do not mind may I add these pictures to my family tree. Thanks for your help. A picture can always tell a story.
