Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hi, I'm Wesley from the McKeesport area of Pennsylvania. After visiting some celebrity cemeteries in the Los Angeles area, I've become quite interested in cemeteries and some of the stories of those interred therein. I wish I'd have known about this site at the time, as it would have made navigating much simpler! Anyhow, I hope to fulfill some photo requests in some of the local cemeteries, as well as add some names to the lists of interred. I hope to fulfill some of your photo requests while I am out and about.

If anyone has any information (genealogy, etc) on the following surnames, particularly rooted in the Allegheny/Westmoreland Co., PA area, please let me know: Baker, Sadler, Milligan, Andres, Liebel, McBeth, Reed, Johnson. Thanks!

Also, there are a lot of photo requests for a cemetery closeby (McKeesport and Versailles Cemetery), but as it is in a fairly dangerous part of town one shouldn't go alone. If any other local photo volunteers want to get together to punch out some requests, contact me.

RE: Lance
You're very welcome. Since lots of people download these tombstone images into their family trees, in lieu of a photo of the person, I try to make the pics as clear and bright as possible. That's the name of the game!

RE: Akins-McClintock
Oh gosh. That was super of you. It looks like David is Herman McClintock's brother (Anna Elizabeth's husband). Which then led me to Herman and David's parents, Miller and Margaret McClintock who I found in the Richland Cemetery in Dravosburg. I think they call that the domino effect. Thanks Wesley! Elizabeth

Thank you Wesley for posting the photos of the headstone - both sides. It looks as if the stone is surrounded by a fair amount of grass leading me to believe they had the plot, but maybe not the money to include stones for everyone. We'll see where this takes me now. Thanks again. Elizabeth in Brooklyn

Wesley -- I also read your bio and appreciate the tip you left about the cemeteries that might be in a more dangerous part of town. I hope to visit within the year and appreciate this bit of intelligence. Thanks again! Elizabeth in Brooklyn

RE: McClintock/Hovis photo requests
Yes, please upload both sides of the headstone. When I called the cemetery, they gave me the names of all the people in that lot: In addition to my Great Aunt, Anna Elizabeth McClintock, there is Mary G. McClintock 1906, William M. Akin 1914, D. F. McClintock 1916, Lillian J. Akin 1926, Mary Hovis 1939, James Akin, 1942. Not sure how the Akin part relates to us, yet, but I'm sure to sort it out. Thanks!

RE: Murdoch photo
Oh that would be great! We live 2 hours away and probably won't get there any time soon. I just added the info for James Hill Murdoch and wife Elizabeth. And a son James is there also. Thank you so much!
