Bio and Links
Bio Photo I discovered Find a Grave by accident soon after the death of our precious daughter, Marjorie. She was my first entry. I have added family members, friends, and others that I have no connection with but simply wanted to add them on these pages. I will have more of my family entered in the future. My wife and I are retired and we love it! I love riding the back-roads on my Harley and can't seem to ride past an old cemetery.....I love walking through them and find peace and quiet in them. Thanks so much to everyone that has placed notes, tokens, and have sponsored my memorials. God bless you all.

RE: ~MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR~
THANK YOU, TOM! Bill and I just finished

opening our gifts.

We spent Christmas Eve with

his family, in the afternoon, then had a casual

dinner at my parents' house (the entire family

was there) went to Mass, then opened one gift

from one another.

Today, we went to my parents' at Noon. The

whole family gathers there every Christmas Day,

to have brunch and open gifts.

After that, I took a nap, while Bill wrapped my

gifts. (Bill caught a BAD cold, from work, then

gave it to me. I always get a cold some time

before Christmas (and after!) anyway. PLEASE

pray for us...we've been getting much better,

but we still have the doggone thing. When I see

my oncologist, he can give me a prescription for

an antiobotic, which zapped it away, last year.

Bill has tomorrow of, so we can enjoy being

together, all day and night: JUST US!

I pray you have had a WONDERFUL Christmas Day

and will have a SUPER 2015!

RE: ~TWINS AND WAR AND THINGS~
Hi Tom,

SUPER to hear from you! I'm glad you are der

hunting and hiking, which you enjoy doing.

I laughed so hard at your declaration of Burger

King's "dirty rotten tick!" I had to eat at a

fancy Italian restaurant, Wednesday, but I've had

a bad cold since Monday (I caught it from my

husband, who got it from work) which zapped my

appetite. Between that and getting things out of

the bags (we had to bag so many things, due to

having the house sprayed for the bedbugs) we are

behind on getting the house decorated for

Christmas. Also, I've never been so behind on

shopping for gifts! I still have to shop for my

mother and sister-in-law, and, if there is any

money available, two stocking stuffers for my

husband (just a pack of razors and Aqua Velva.)

Bill's been driving me CRAZY asking questions

about where this salon is, so he can get a gift

card there, for my sister-in-law, whose name he

took out of the box. I said I'd do it, then he

said he would. I told him to go on the website

for everything he needed...I think he did, but

he just called, asking me where it is. I

exploded, telling him I don't go there often

enough to know exactly and this salon is hard to

find, if you've never been there before. It's

tucked inside a strip mall. I gave him the best

directions I could. If he gives up, he can give

her a Macy's gift card. OH, CHRISTMAS GIFT

SHOPPING...as I say, WHEN THE WISE MEN CAME WITH

GIFTS, DID THEY KNOW WHAT THEY WERE STARTING?

I'm going shopping after he leaves for his Marsh

job, then we'll decorate Sunday and I'll shop

more on Monday and wrap gifts like a maniac on

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Bill's schedule

at work and his father's schedule make any time

spent with his family on Christmas Eve NEARLY

IMPOSSIBLE. YIKES...I don't think he's told his

mother yet. Honestly, I don't think she will be

upset, as Christmas is just practically KAPUT,

at the Beckmans. It's just a simple meal, and

Mom Beckman gives each of the kids a bag of odds

and ends. (Simple, useful gifts, like a package

of Glade air fresheners, or a portable sewing

kit.) We an only stay there for a few hours, as

Dad Beckman's caretaker comes at 3pm, to put

him through his exercises and bathe him and get

him ready for bed. Even if he were healthy,

Christmas would be simple, as he and Mom Beckman

are in their 80s. As for my family: we're

having a pasta dinner at my sister's Monday night,

then we're gathering at my parents' house, on

Christmas Day. (Bill and I will probably go to

Mass on Christmas Eve, at 10pm. (That is the

"new Midnight Mass.") Last night was the Christ-

mas party for Bill's Boy Scout Troop. Just a

pitch-in dinner, in the activity center of

the school that the boys in the troop go to,

which is a part of the church.

HAVE A WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS! I'LL WRITE YOU AS

SOON AS MINE IS OVER! THANKS FOR BEING A
