|Sheila||Albert and Mattie Walker|
Thank you for checking into Albert and Mattie and for attempting to photograph. I have added the note "63 yo per Illinois death index" on Mattie's memorial and added a note to both indicating the burials are unmarked.
I might mention that I would gladly accept an area representation as a fulfillment whereby perhaps their graves can be indicated by a flower and captioned, if that's possible and you are so inclined. Perhaps the cemetery has a location, and nearby marked burials or other landmarks might be included in the photo in order to pinpoint the area for family who may visit one day.
There is actually some Find A Grave guidance concerning this, as follows:
"What if there is no headstone?
Some people fulfill the photo request with photographs of the area where the individual was buried. In the photo's description, please indicate that there is no head stone and give specifics as to where the the grave is - such as right next to the headstone for someone else or to the left of the tree...
Some people further enhance the photograph by:
-Placing one of the following to mark the grave location - flowers, flag, or DAR emblem
-Photographing the area and adding a graphical outline to the photograph to show exactly where the grave is located.
-Do not use computer generated markers.
-Do not post a graphic stating "no gravestone" or similar language."
Lastly, I do want to thank you for reporting the problem but allowing the request to remain open, and also once again I wish to thank you for the attempt, whether you make it back out to the cemetery or not.

|Diana Fyfe||Rosehill Cemetery - Chicago|
Hi, I was able to get burial information without paying the $10.00 - I think the cemetery has modified their position on their policy. I asked about photos and was told that they do not do photos but I could come and take them myself. I don't live anywhere near Chicago but perhaps someone who is there could give it a try?

Hi Jeannie, I email you about 6 mo. to a year ago (can't find the email) about going to this cemetery if I ever came close to the area. I am planning on being near Lynnville/Springfield on Sat. July 12 around 5pm. Do you think it is possible for you or someone to help me locate this cemetery? Thank you for your time. Rhonda
I connected Hannah McAfee Rode to her mother as requested. I also connected Hannah to Daniel McAfee. Let me know if he is not the father.
|Kathy Robinson||David Callis|
Oh my goodness....what a surprise!! Thank you so much for photographing David Callis' tombstone! I appreciate it so much! I was wondering if he had a military stone or a regular tombstone - now I have my answer. Again, thank you for helping me out!
|Marcy Edwards||RE: Jacob Dollman|
I still have not found where Jacobs parents are buried or if they were cremated but I have some leads and as soon as I find them, I'll hook them.
Thanks so much for taking the time.
|Marcy Edwards||RE: Jacob Dollman|
First thanks for taking the picture of his headstone. Second if you mean the the Grace Dollmann from Summit, Il who spent her later years in Florida, then yes, they were related. Jacob would be the nephew of her husband. Are you related? My mom was a niece of Grace's husband.

|janicet||Sarah Holliday Kelly #60681559|
You kindly posted a headstone photo for my Sarah Kelly. I have a bible record of her birth as 1809 but the cemetery transcription of winchester cemetery has 1808. when I look at the headstone, I first thought it matched the bible record of 1809 but now I'm not sure if it is 1808 or 1809. What do you think? You saw the actual stone. I am in the midst of sending in a "have written" proving that Sarah Holliday Kelly was the daughter of James Holliday and Marcia Scholl based on the bible record and the headstone matching. I have other evidence but I don't want to say that the headstone has 1809 if it really says 1808. Can you help?

No, I'm sorry, I have not. I don't know where that is.
