|Angela K||Ortensio, Lauro photo request|
I am willing to try and take a picture for you, but I ask one question first. Do you have any plot or location info? The cemeteries will not give info to non-family members, so if you do not, it would be very helpful if you could contact the cemetery to find out. The Mount Calvary Cemetery is very large.

Linda, somehow I came upon your message to the man who posted James Walker's high school photo. I was so touched reading it. I felt like I was right there with you. You made a beautiful memorial for him and your description of his last days in the states was so moving. If I am ever at this cemetery, I will look him up.

Linda, by accident I ran across your post about your cousin. I was on the boat when we lost him overboard. I found two numbers that might be yours so I'll try to contact you. I would rather not post my number here.

Your welcome. I have passed this little cemetery many times over the years and never stopped. It's a lovely spot on a hill overlooking a beautiful valley and the little gold rush town of Rough & Ready. I was surprised to find the 2 graves I was looking for so quickly, as the majority of the graves are documented There are Just a few unmarked graves and they are cared for with crosses and ringed with stones. Someone has placed garden statues of angels on all the children's graves. It is truly a well loved cemetery.
|Robert David Miller||Thank You|
Thank You for visiting one of my "Lost Little Angels". Although she is buried somewhere in Saint Peter's Cemetery and has no headstone, I am glad I was able to link her up with her parents, which is not often the case of my Angels and that's why they're lost. I also enjoyed your comment and hope you found some comfort in this chance meeting. Sincerely, Robert Miller

You're quite welcome !
Some of the aisles where the crypts are located are either too dark or too light. Today was a bright sunny day & that might have affected the shading. Felice's crypt is 4 tiers up or about 12 feet from the floor so the angle had something to do with the clarity, too.

I shot her headstone plate today, you can add her plot location as: PLOT 3C # 118- #3
also on the memorial you can put her name Lauro in the section that says "maiden name" and her Morbioli as her last name, this way it has both her names listed the correct way.

Linda, you are so very welcome. As I said, it is my honor. Bless you for your request as it led to them all being connected.
I just wanted to let you know I got your wonderful story. I think it only fitting that I transfer this special family member to you. Which I will do as soon as I am done here.

Linda, it is my honor. I noticed that his mother and father are buried there with him. I simply wrote to the person who posted and maintains their memorial pages and requested that they all be connected here on Find A Grave -- the person happily connected them -- very nice.
