I grew up in Memphis, Tennessee and joined the Army at age 18 and was shipped over to Europe as a Military Policeman and spent 13 years in the Army. I left after Desert Storm and lived here ever since. I have always been a Military History Buff since I was 5 years old. For the last 15 years I have spend alot of time on the battlefields of the Western Front of World War One (The Great War) and of World War Two. I am often lured into the military cemeteries of all nationalitys. Rather it be US, French, British or German for I feel that every stone has a story to tell. I have earned many medals in my time of service but I could never compare to the soldiers in the Meuse-Argonne, Verdun, the Somme, Ypres, Normandie, Market-Garden or Bastogne. You will see many more photos of mine in the future of monuments, Cemeteries and Grave sited from Western European Battlefields. Feel free to contact me. Favorite places: Verdun and Normandy

| Thank You
Thank you so much for showing kindness to my granny Iva and visiting her memorial.
Your gesture touched me and I know it would have tickled my granny to have someone she didn't know, do something so nice for her.
Best, Jami
PS: I was an MP and left active duty after Desert Storm. Small world and I'm glad we are both still living in it.Added by Jami on Jul 30, 2008 3:42 PM
