So kind of you to sponsor my sister in law, Martha, thank you. Martha never told her family the seriousness of her illness. She had been living in Georgia and recently came back home to Texas. Please keep our family in prayers. Seems to never end and I do worry about my mom, she's 81 and her alzheimer's is worsening. There are times she leaves the home, she's starting to become combative with my brother and sister, who live with her. Of course, we don't want to put her in a home, it's a really tough decision. I know Delita, we are all heartbroken. At the service, I recall how Milan kept going to where Valencia was (milan was only 15 mos old) wanting to be with her mommy and now 20 years later she's saying goodbye to her firstborn. Oh Delita, it was so hard to see, my Milan so so young and now having to grieve for her little baby. I'll never forget the phone call from Steven telling me they were in the emergency room. Milan was 5 months along, by the time we arrived, we were told they were going an emergency c-section. My Milan arrived to the emergency waiting room around 7 p.m. (only to find out that she was in labor) for three hours in the waiting room. Had they taken her right away, I honestly believe they would have been able to STOP her contractions. But I didn't know ANY OF THIS INFORMATION at the time. Yes, Delita in my heart I know they could have saved her baby and stopped her contractions but they kept her waiting THREE long hours in the waiting room, not immediately taking her to check her. | | | Saralyn

Hi Delita, Thank You for your sweet message, and "Congratulation's" on your up coming "50th Wedding Anniversary" in June. My sister and brother-in-law had a video made celebrating their 40th Anniversary, and used the song by George Jones "Walk Through This World With Me", I cried!
